Right along the river and a short walk into the city center. Views of the river. Rooms are nothing to write home about but offer clean and comfortable facilities. They have a special bicycle garage in the garden, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if biking down the Danube.

It is in the process of being renovated does leave a little to be desired. The bedroom faced the river, which was nice but with the creaky wooden floorboards, an old fashioned wardrobe that was musky and small double bed soon brought home the reality that this hotel was not the Ritz. However, we found the staff pleasant and helpful...

The hotel is being modified, nevertheless advertises with a 4 star rating, and a 8.1 rating with booking.com. How they ever have achieved this is a complete miracle for us. Old fashioned rooms, a cabinet inside the room, which smelled so awfull inside that we could not use it. Uninterested personnel. Beds of very poor quality, we had a very...

We stayed as part of a biking holiday and can confirm damp rooms, decor from the ancient past and full experience of staying in a building site. Pretty disgraceful. No air-conditioning or fans ( we asked) in 30 degree temperatures. Restaurant recommended to us was also a total rip-off with poor quality Would never go again

The property is completely under reconstruction, with damp wall, damp bedding, old beds, construction noise and no beer garden as it is being used for construction plant or to feed the workers. We are furious with booking.com and the owners for not declaring the state of disrepair on their web sites as they have been in this situation for some...

We stopped at this place as part of a cycling trip. Despite a lovely location overlooking the Danube it is blighted by the fact that it is literally a building site with a new floor being built. One consequence of this is workmen at 7.30. Also we were half board but had to take dinner at a "partner" restaurant in...

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Nibelungenhof in May 2016. It is on the Danube cycle path. It is close to town for easy access to restaurant. Our room faced the Danube River. We arrived on a Sunday and left early Monday morning. It should be noted the hotel is being renovated. We were lucky. If you arrived on...

Nice boutique hotel on bike path. Beautiful setting. No air conditioning or electric fan in summer heat. Nice quiet setting right on Danube in Tulln Austria. Dinner served out front on terrace and Grill also located out front for sandwiches, sausages and beer

As read already before, I confirm the service is incredibly poor : In restaurant, the Waiter doesn't learn How to smile, and prefer smoking than taking Care of customers ; made a bottle of coca fallen In our table and our stuff, but didn't offer it , as it is In a normal restaurant when a waiter does a mistake....
