The exterior dining room, it's ok, the food is normal, the traditional panama soup "sancocho" good for me, but not for my wife, I am still waiting the glass of water requested, the place is visited for many people, Its cheap!
Overall I recommend this hotel. We stayed in a family suite with one bedroom with a queen bed and one room with bunk beds. There is one bathroom, living room and huge kitchen. It has a lodge feel. The staff was helpful with our luggage,...More
We selected the hotel since it is in the center next to some restaurants and due to the good reviews. Location is perfect, thats all. Food in the restaurant is ok, breakfast is small and just not eatable. Staff lazy and not very friendly. Rooms...More

As I recall the web site, when it was working, did not really help much. We called them directly to make a reservation. There were 3 adults and we had a room that was basically 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a twin/double, along with a bathroom. Plenty of room for 3 adults.
The hotel was close to the market and there were several restaurants within walking distance too,

When we were there this past week we met the owner whose name is Mario and who has lived in the States and speaks perfect English. I would reach out to him directly at the hotel and inquire. Although we didn't see any service dogs, it's likely that it isn't a problem. Most of the hotel (like most buildings in Panama) is made of concrete and tile so any issues with animals I would assume to be at a minimal.
