Me and my friends stayed here for a whole month and definitely going to miss it. Great location near restaurants (Chicken Joe’s, Earth Cafe, etc) and grocery stores (super Ronny). The staff was really helpful and nice.

Our family of four had a really nice bungalow with private bath, kitchen, a loft and outdoor shower for five nights. Feels like good value for Santa Teresa. There was some miscommunication in the booking so even though our confirmation said four people the hotel only had received info about three persons. This meant the kids had to share a small single or pay extra for an additional bed - but no big hassle. The pool area is really nice though all our swim wear and our sons blond hair got colored from the chlorine. The service goes from super friendly to rude depending on who’s behind the desk at the moment.

My girlfriend and I recently booked two nights at Disfrutalo based on the photos and description. When we pulled up I thought we had the wrong place. Looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com or here for that matter. The room we booked was given away so they put us in this room above the kitchen area, it was a dump. Dirty walls needs to be painted. Some kind of homemade bunk bed in the room, the safe not bolted down. Dirty and dated washroom. The pool area was not like the pictures. We were told we could not use the kitchen when it was clearly stated in the description. We went for breakfast at 9:40 and the guy at the desk got mad and said it’s not included and was a complete goof. I don’t normally post negative reviews but we left after the first night. We did 1400kms in 10 days and stayed at a bunch of other places and had good experiences. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!

When I think back to this place all I remember is the horrific taste of the coffee that came with our breakfast on the last morning. It probably sounds very fussy, but last expressions really stick. The room or rather little house/cottage we stayed in was really nice. Parts of it weren´t as clean as I would have liked it, but then again - it´s Costa Rica, not Europe. The pool is quite nice and the overall hotel area is lovely. The location is also good! Oh, I nearly forgot - it was incredibly hard to find this place as the given address didn´t really help and locals had no idea what we were talking about. For some reason we had ended up with a wrong address and it took us ages. All in all it´s a nice place, but I wouldn´t stay here again - still cannot forget the at least day old coffee they served me.
