We rented the big house for three night. Getting there is a bid hard because there’s no sign on the main street and the roads are harder to drive because of all the holes in the muddy road. If you pass the supermarket, turn the net road left (yes, that small dirt road, to get there).
The house has everything you need to just stay there for a couple of days. The beach is just 5 minutes walk. And in the area there are other things to do like surfing lessons and yoga.
On the main road there is a great pizzaplace nearby and a supermarket. (Not super big but oke for some shopping)

Beautiful complex of bungalows/apartments. Very comfortable with excellent service and meters from the beach, minutes walk to the center, with its restaurants and shops. It has a swimming pool and all the amenities for a quiet stay. Very comfortable and spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent price and quality ratio. I will return next visit to the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa.

What an amazing villa. Really difficult to find as we lost sat nav signal and the directions given were to look out fir a supermarket but it was difficult to find. We got directions from a nearby villa and arrived eventually. The villa itself was beautiful very high spec. Short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach too. 5 min walk to 2 restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place Much nicer in Playa Hermosa than Santa Teresa which looked a bit like Blackpool in the sun. Very hectic.

The place is wonderful, comfortable and really clean. The rooms are really nice and big; the gardens around are awesome; If you like remote places this one is perfect. The only disadvantage that was really important for us was the lack of security and privacy. We were looking for a private place, but due to lack of security this was not possible. The main gates remained unlocked evens during the night and there were not security guard around., which is importante in case of emergency.
We stayed in the main house, which it supposed to be private but in the second day we had to kicked out a couple of guys that were peeking while we’re staying. We complained with the owner and received the most improbable reply: she said that we should not feel insecure because she knew them.

The villa’s are located on walking distance from playa Hermosa. There are only 4 villa’s, every each 2 share a pool. The villa was spacious and well designed. Great place to relax for a couple of days. Please note that the majority of restaurants and bars are in the surrounding of Santa Teresa, a car is adviced. We stayed at villas Argan after a 3 week trip in Panama and Costa Rica, and it was the best spot to finish our trip. Loved it. Also the staff was very helpful.

We spent 2 nights at Villas Argan and loved our time spent there! The villa was very clean and spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Our favorite part was the semi-private pool (shared with one other villa). The only bad part about our stay is when we showed up, they had double booked our room, and had to relocate us to a subpar room elsewhere. If that would have not happened, they would have gotten a 5 star review.

Outstanding property in the heart of the best surf, only a short walk to the beach. I hate to give such a wonderful review for fear the place won't be available when I go back, but I can assure you this is one of the best and secure locations in the area. It is on the high side of pricing, but I think worth it for the location alone. There is a small market a block away for food supplies, so if your without wheels, you have no worries. The staff is fabulous. I could live there year round.

My friend and I loved Villas Argan. We were so pleased with our stay and we would return. Everyone was so helpful and the accommodations are perfect. It's an easy walk to a uncrowned beautiful beach. The Managers are super friendly and kind.
