My boyfriend Rohan 7 I spent several nights here last April. We originally hoped to stay closer into "town" but Casa De La Luna seemed to be the best available option after looking at several places. We ended up loving the hilltop location & the privacy and quiet that it offered. The room was immaculate and refreshed daily. The breakfasts... More

We stayed at Casa De La Luna for a week and despite the place being beautiful, the service was EXTREMELY poor. Vicky, the owner, owns two separate properties and we have actually booked in for her other property on the beach but because of her error, the place was double booked and we were told that instead we can stay... The whole experience could've been great but from the moment my fiance and I arrived until the day we left, we were treated extremely poorly and I have to say we were utterly disappointed in "Vicky" - the owner and manager of "Casa de la Luna" and "Casitas de la Luna". When we arrived, we were first told by Vicky... More

I felt like a celebrity. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean, home-cooked breakfast every morning, warm showers, extremely comfortable beds-this place is the best! So amazing, in fact, that my fiancé proposed to me here. I love Casa de la Luna. Best value in Costa Rica by far. Thanks Vicky!

My husband and I stayed for three nights at Casa de la Luna and had a lovely time. The B&B is situated atop a hill overlooking Santa Teresa and the views are absolutely stunning. The pool is awesome and the views from the edge cannot be beat! The house is all open-air and quite beautiful. All of the rooms are... More

Casa de la Luna is truly a gem in beautiful Santa Teresa. The house is located up above the main road that leads through the center of town, which makes it a super convenient location. The house is located up a steep dirt and gravel drive way, which may be the only down fall because you will need an SUV.... More

We stayed in late February 2013. We booked last minute into a place on the beach for six nights and the owner said she could accommodate us if we wouldn't mind spending the first night at her friends place (Vicky’s) up the hill, as she was fully booked - We agreed to this proposal and after one night at Casa... Casa de la luna was a wonderful find! Vicky, our host was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had the true Costa Rican experience! The house is amazing with ocean views and the rain forest in the back, the best of both worlds which makes it a true Shangri-La! I look forward to returning!... More

The house is very beautiful. However, it is on top of a very steep hill. Having a car or atv is necessary to get up to the house. Vicky also acted welcoming and friendly at the beginning. but quickly shifted into nagging me and the rest of my group for money here and there. At the end of our stay,... More
