I stayed here for one week and can't fault the place. The rooms are simple but immaculately clean. Close to the main Santa Teresa / Mal Pais road but far enough away to avoid the dust and the traffic. Highly recommended!

Hotel Buenos Aires has the best view around, and it's not close. The pool was very comfortable as well. Javier was an incredibly gracious host, I cannot say enough nice things about him and his hotel. We would be excited to stay there again. As other reviews have stated, you simply don't get the best view in the region without...

My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year wedding Anni it's just up the hill from the restaurant Brisas del Mar which is amazing. Waking up here is nothing short of spectacular, there's no need for a surf report app just wake up and walk out to the cliff overlooking the pacific, this was our favorite place in...

The Javier and Flo were great. The accommodations were very good. Great views. Very quiet and extremely clean. Great prices and close to town. But far enough away from the dust in town. The pool and restaurant was very nice. What ever info you needed he had it.

We have spent a fantastic week in Santa Teresa at the hotel run by Florencia & Javier - the hosts are most friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated high above the village (a bit of climbing involved if you don't have a car or a quad, but we didn't mind that) which means that...

This is absolutely the most amazing spot you'll ever find. On top of the hill, out of the dust, underneath the palmtrees with the most gorgeous view you can imagine. Looking down on the beautiful pacific coast, seeing the never ending waves roll in, we fell in love with this place instantly. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable. with...

We miss Hotel Buenos Aires! After staying for 9 days, we can attest that this hotel is absolute perfection for Santa Teresa. Set up on a hill, the views of the ocean were undeniably beautiful. Javi and Flo were incredible hosts, they are friendly, kind and happy to offer any help or guidance. The rooms (we stayed in A/C) were...

Stayed here with some buddies on a surf trip. This place is a gem in Santa Teresa. Be ready to climb up the hill, but the view is entirely worth it. The picture from the porch is now the screensaver on my phone!Javier was incredibly helpful and hospitable. he quickly responds to email inquiries and is very attentive. The restaurant...

Javier us the owner and extremely friendly. The hotel sits half way up a hill and the view is spectacular. Well worth the drive and even the exhausting walk. Ask for a room with AC it's well worth the extra few dollars. Rooms are basic but we had two beds, private bathroom with shower, fridge stocked with beer and coca-cola...

We've stayed at a couple of different places in Santa Teresa, and this is by far the best hotel. The view is stunning, the hosts are super friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacy. We'd definitely come back.
