Located on the gorgeous beaches and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, All Seasons Guest House, Beach Rooms and Cabanas are located on the south side of Hopkins Village, Belize. We are known for our friendly, personal and relaxing atmosphere. All Seasons has 4 rooms in the main house, set amongst tropical gardens and a casual outdoor seating and grill area. Also, located directly next door to our courtyard, we have three free-standing cabanas that catch the gentle ocean breezes and you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea. Named after Famous Belizian national parks that are located nearby, these cabanas are: The Mayflower, The Bocawina and the Blue Hole.

The room was very colourful and clean. We were greeted by the Manager and provided with beach chairs to take to the beach. The room had 2 large beds and a mini fridge. All of the rooms are positioned around the tropical courtyard with tables and chairs as well as a BBQ etc. We met a few wonderful people from various parts of the world. Such a casual and welcoming guest house.

Stayed one night. Best room, of six Belize hotels I stayed in. Had to wait ten minutes until someone answered my rings. VERY much did NOT like the rushed very busy manner of the manager. Beach is a two minutes walk. VERY good brkfst at Kat's Coffee nearby.

Just had the most fantastic midweek stay at All Seasons ! We arrived to find out we had a complimentary upgrade, wow. The room's are extremely well maintained, very clean and the decor is lovely and the owner (Tyler - one of the owners) and staff are some of the best you will find anywhere in the world, always available, happy to help with anything including beach chairs which is where we spent most of our time. Looking at a recent very negative review, I really don't know what people expect ? No the room is not as big as my house, but then I booked a room not a house, if you want something larger then spend 5x the amount and stop in a fancy 5* resort with fake people, or save your money and stop with the nicest people in Hopkins. This was a 5* stay with genuine 5* people, and we will be back on a very regular basis.…

Belize is wonderful, this place is not. Stayed in the Blue Hole for 12 horrible hours, truly a "hole". The very small cabin was ; worn out, dirty, and corroded. The small bed was disgusting with a horrible mattress and filthy linens. The road ran close to the cabin and the traffic was constant and noisy. Strange noises, people, and smells throughout the night. The Guest House is squeezed in ,in a run down area with a glimpse the ocean. We had paid for 10 nights when we reserved the stay. The owner of the guest house refused to refund the $1000 we paid. We were so happy to get away from this place. The rest of the vacation in Belize was great.

Friendly retired Americans who treat you well and work hard to meet all your needs and requests. Beautiful garden with hammocks and a shelter to sit and look out if it rains. Bicycles to use and great Air conditioning, hot water and a 1/2 block to the beach. Go on the Garifuna cultural tour found on Airbnb experiences, eat breakfast at Innies and ask when and where the local drumming group will be playing and make reservations. Ask for Julian who runs a transportation company and he will arrange all the tours. He was a beautiful person. We did the cultural experience, cave tubing and blue hole swimming, then he arranged Monkey river cruise for when we get to palencia.

Do yourself a favor, and book a stay at All Seasons Guest House in Hopkins. Not only is it right across the street from the beach, the owners and staff are wonderful people who will do their best to make you feel welcome. It's the only place I stay when in Hopkins. On one trip, I came back three separate times. My latest visit in May-June 2021, I stayed for a month. Weekly and monthly discounts are available. Comfy, cute and cozy, all the rooms and cabanas have themes related to the parks and wildlife of Belize. All lodgings have AC available at night for your sleeping comfort. The shaded courtyard is a beautiful space to spend your down time, listening to the birds and the water gurgling in the fountain, set among the countless flowering tropical plants. A sea breeze will cool you as you lay in one of the hammocks, and in the evening you can grill up the catch from your fishing trip and enjoy your evening meal at the big table. The location is perfect, at the south end of the village. Both the village and the resort area to the south are easily accessible, especially on the free bicycles they provide. If you're taking the bus, you can get off or on right in front of the guest house. When you're visiting Belize, don't miss Hopkins, and when you're there, stay at All Seasons Guest House. We had a great stay at all seasons. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The bikes they had for the guests were a great way to get around town.

We stayed at All Seasons guesthouse for a week.Oddy is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable, the staff always hard at work. It is a few minutes walk to the beach, which was warm and clean! It is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and Tours places. The room was comfortable, hot water, clean beds, air conditioning, good WiFi. the garden is AMAZING. They also have bicycles to use, which we did. Oddy is very nice and makes sure everybody is comfortable. He also makes Killer Margaritas. Mium! Just make sure you protect yourself from sand flies, as I was reacting strongly and it was not fun. Amazing place to stay for a few days or to relax a week.

We had a 3 bedroom cabana & it was perfect for our stay. Small kitchen, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds after a long travel from Canada was welcoming. Super friendly & accommodating hosts! I personally couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. The short walk to the beach was great & the beach was amazing!! I would definitely return one day 💞

This was a great, inexpensive place to stay. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There wasn't any noise when we were there and the ac worked fine. They have a wonderful courtyard with hammocks, hanging chairs and other chairs and there were free bikes to use to explore Hopkins. Owner was very accommodating. However, be mindful that Hopkins beaches are infested with sand fleas. We were in Hopkins three years ago and I got bitten up. I forgot about the sand fleas and was only on the beach for about 15 minutes, but ended up with about 90 bites the next day. Read up on sand fleas before you go and the owner might want to let his guests know - had he said something, I could have saved myself some itching!
