I recently tried to book a wedding at this hotel for June 2017. After discussing the plans for the day and receiving the promotional prices for the hotel for my guest and myself, I paid the deposit to book in my function for the day. Out of curiosity, I then checked the prices on the hotel website for the dates... More

A very nice quiet hotel with its own character. Been to all 4-5 stars hotel in batu feringgi and dare say lone pine is value for money. Love my deluxe sea facing room although hotel was fully booked but it remains quiet and cozy. Love the huge balcony with a day bed n tub. Great bathroom too. The hotel maybe... More

This Hotel is supposedly rated 4 to 5 star! We would rate it 2 to 3 star at best. Rooms floors were dirty, been swept but never washed. The room was slightly damp and air conditioning did not work, had to sleep with the ceiling fan on all night, every night. Hotel is adjacent to the local stream/river so the... More

The Lone Pine is the hotel has its own style and character. Situated in a great location on the beach with night markets and sensational hawker food metres away. Although the food at the hotel is not bad either, Matsu Japenses is particularly good and situated in the hotel. The hotel itself has a feel of colonial past combined with... More

The resort was recommended to us by my parents who stayed three years before. It was a pleasant and memorable stay - mostly for the right reasons. We stayed for 11 days so we had a good opportunity to get to know the place. The room and bed was comfortable and we were placed in one of the best rooms... More

Our bedroom was all you could want of a beach side hotel. The sound of the sea, huge balcony with hot tub, kingsize bed, powerful shower and solid wood floors. As said by others the staff are without exception friendly and helpful. The 'wine and dine' buffet on Friday and Saturday night is worthy of special mention and I am... More

The name of the hotel is taken from the Casuarina trees in the grounds which offer some much needed shade, but also continually drop their fine straw like fronds - which can be annoying. They also give the pool cleaner continual work!!! Whilst we were there in November, there was an issue with the pool clarity - although assurances were... More

The breakfast here was excellent so much choice -local and international. On arrival atime 15.00 our room wasn't ready and on the second day when we returned to our hotel at 16.30 our room was not serviced. Note nothing dries here very high humidity so you need fresh towels. The room itself was very nice with an outside tub on... More

I visited this hotel for a 12 day break from the UK to rest and relax . The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and within walking distance of the great local night market and a wide range of restaurants and bars including some that are directly on the beach. All of the staff, and by... More

We spent a night in E&O Hotel before moving for another night in its sister hotel, Lone Pine. Room - Our Deluxe room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. Though bath tub at the balcony seems to be a great idea, we couldn't enjoy it completely mainly because of mosquitoes / insects and mildly unpleasant smell which we... More
