Upon arrival, the staff who assist me with my lugagge Shafiq and Ezzuan is very friendly.Later upon check in, The Duty Manager Yin welcomed us by wishing Happy Honeymoon to us.And also we received a fast and efficient check In By Jay.Later, Haziq show us the direction to the room and the hotel facilities available.Overall i received the studio suite room just the way i wanted exactly the way i imagine which is very cozy.I had a wonderful time with a beautiful view of sunset from our room.The have the best beaches too.Apart from that, the garden is very peaceful and beautiful.1 thing i sure must add is that they have the most delicious breakfast.Their Nasi Lemak and Char Kuey Teow is a must try.Same goes to their afternoon tea.Right after we have our afternoon tea,we had our evening cocktail hours.Their choicea of food and drinks are exquisite.Hats off.Later upon our checkout the Duty Manager Ina fond farewell and wish Happy Honeymoon.Our check out is smoothly done by geetah. You pay for what you get and I have stayed at this resort a number of times and have always really enjoy it, however this last stay was the worst hotel experience i have every had. I appreciate due to movement control / COVID lockdown that the resort could not offer the full range of services however it is not a excuse to 1. Get dirty / unwashed utensils at breakfast 2. Be only offered a choice of 3 breakfast sets; and then being told that the orange juice had ran out. However i of the breakfasts came with orange juice which was basically 90% watered down 3. Booking the Rasa wing which includes drinks during my stay and also Rasa lounge access - when asking for a soft drink I was told to buy one in the cafe - during high tea, (served in the room) I requested another tea, which I was then told was charable - Evening cocktails were served in the room. When I phoned to ask for another drink I was informed that the service is now limited to 2 drinks. however previously on ever other stay this was not the case and there was no mention of this new policy on the website during booking or when checking in. The hotel simply said sorry i had not been told and basically told me it was my fault. …
Still our favorite resort in Penang. Well maintained in the entire resort including the landscaping of the resort. Will be back next month for our monthly staycations . Thank you for the amazing hospitality
The facilities are great room is luxurious, the staff members are helpful and friendly. the room and the toilets are very clean, delicious breakfast, we went parasailing and banana boat riding, it is very suitable for a family getaway, and there was a cool giant lizard, the pool is nice but a little bit too deep, and the beach sometimes there's jellyfish but the water is clear, had a wonderful time there. I have stayed there two times. But quite far from other places.
Great View, Great Property, Great Value and Great Hygiene. Wise decision to select this hotel during the pandemic. Feeling safe and well protected when I’m away from home. Every detail from house-guest safe policies and comprehensive health cleaning and sterilization plan are well adhered to.
