The building and facilities are excellent. With the other guests it is a great place to relax The staff are very responsive and friendly. However if you need to use the wifi forget it. I get better speed with a dial up modem. I would have liked an oven or the microwave have an oven feature.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit/villa for 2 nights. The setup was fantastic (224), 30 second walk to one of the 2 pools. Pool in the actual complex is heated and a little too hot on 37+ days. Great for young kids however as you can view the entire pool from the seats. There is in fact a second pool...

Apartments were absolutely stunning. Very spacious and very well equipped. Wish we had a week here. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and the keys were left for us in a safe with very clear instructions to which we found at ease. Air con in the upper apartment wasn't very good but lower ground apartment air con was...

This is a wonderful place to getaway and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Set in beautiful countryside with many different places to go for early morning walks. Have breakfast in a very well appointed room or at the restaurant, which has an extensive buffet breakfast available. Rooms, from the studio to 2/3 bedroom are sooo... generous in...

Excellent retreat away from the busy parts of Hunter Valley. Family friendly and well-appointed spacious rooms. Right next to the golf club, perfect to unwind for 18 holes while the wife takes an extended day spa

Just went for a couple of nights to the hotel! I was surprised to find out that my booking made through accord hotel group was not actually part of the hotel! Reception person did the care much to acknowledge me as an accord member did not care did not want to say much as everything can "lead to legal action"...

We stayed at 1bd apartment No 215. The following issues are to be noted. 1. Free Wi-Fi offering is pretty bad. It hardly works and keeps on dropping off. 2. No mobile coverage if you are on Vodafone. 3. Apartment needs a good dusting of the fittings and fixtures 4. No room service from the restaurant. Apart from the above...

Wonderful comfy beds with ample spare pillows and bedding to suit all family members. Bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the apartment allow for privacy. Lovely...

We booked a 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom self contained apartments. While the Grand Mecure doesn't have any restaurants or spas, etc it is part of the Vintage and is easy walk to the golf club / restaurants and spa. The apartment on the ground floor was spacious and relaxing. We had cooking facilities and a lock up...
