It's a good hotel on a budget in Queens. The bus stop is in front of the hotel gate and the subway is just 10 minutes walking from there (Line 7 takes you to Manhattan in 20 minutes. Also, you have the express line 7 in the busy hours). There are also a lot of services near the subway station as supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. The hotel service was a 10/10. They were very charming and the public areas were always clean. Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. We had a micro kitchen with microwave and fridge. The breakfast was enough. We had toast, muffins, sausages, cereal, among some others, along with coffee, yogurt and juices. It was good for what we paid.
Clean and pretty nice place to stay. Bus stop to subways right outside front door. Check In is a little weird but overall nice place... Bus to subway is just about 5 minutes and then can ride train into city.
It was good room , not very big do, but it was well enough, bathroom very nice perfect for a couple, I felt safe in that neighborhood even at night (we went out every night ) the kitchen area it is kinda small. the breakfast was good enough stay for 3 nights The hotel was very clean, beds very comfy, staff was very friendly sleep very well .
The hotel was very clean. Beds were fairly comfortable, pillows were very comfortable staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not what you would expect. But they offered something atleast. The crowd that comes through there gives short stay vibes eventhough they offer nightly rates. Very affordable. Stayed there 2 nights for $145. You get what you pay for. But very clean facility and good location. I might stay there again.
First of all the customer service is very bad. One lady sitting at the front desk and she takes for ever to resolve your issues. I booked through booking.com she ask me for 100 dollar cash or credit card deposit just in case I break anything in the room. If not they will return my money. It was the weirdest thing ever. But of course I give her my credit card and she charge me 100 dollar even though she told me she won’t charge it will be just on file. Next step was entering the room, I opened the door and behind the door the nab was broken. Look At the bathroom, there were two small cups and a small disposable soap for one person. I call front desk and to let her know about the door nab is broken she told me ride away that don’t worry, my respond was I am worry because I don’t want to get the blame. Anyway checkout I give her the credit card receipt for hundred dollars, she told me she need to check the room before she refund my money which was very unprofessional. I stood there while she went upstairs from the reception to look at the room. A few minutes later she came and refund my money. She told me it will 2 to 5 days for me to get my money back. It’s totally insane.this place is more like a motel then a hotel. For family and business stay I won’t recommend. …
