We loved our stay at Ser Casasandra. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our trip. The location is superb - close enough to the town to be a short walk to bars and restaurants, but far enough to feel private. The decor is chic with great attention to detail. Dinner at the main restaurant, Ser Escencia, was outstanding.
Such an amazing time at Ser Casasandra! It all starts with the team - led by Martin, the entire staff were so friendly, attentive, and welcoming! We stayed there for 6 nights, and by the end of it, we didn't want to leave. From the rooms, to the pool, to the breakfast, and of course the beachfront bar, everything was perfection. Everyone made us feel like we were a part of the Casasandra family! We will be back ASAP! Thank you again Martin, Leticia, Johnny, Carlos, and staff!
My husband and I got married (~80pp) at Casa Sandra, and it could not have been more perfect. The property is beautiful, hotel staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful without being overbearing, and the food is fantastic. 12/10 no notes.
Ser Casasandra is beautifully designed, has a fun and comfortable beach club/hangout space, and has great food and drinks. What sets it apart more than all of those things is the impeccable service and attention to detail. They are intent on you having a good experience and their happy staff are there to help with every need. We stayed in the master suite ocean view room and it was a lovely space and super comfy. If we return to Holbox, or if friends are going, this is the place we would stay again or recommend!
We were there for one week celebrating our son and daughter in laws wedding. The staff was so incredibly helpful & gracious, the food was some of the best I have ever had, each meal topping the next and the accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful. They made it a week to remember! Yoga was such a great thing as well! As we dealt with the rain from the hurricane, they helped us in so many ways! Thank you for everything you did.
I can’t say enough great things about this “home” away from home. Every staff member made you feel totally welcome and completely taken care of. The property and rooms were stunning. The food was incredible and the drinks amazing. Every little detail has been carefully thought through throughout the property. The beach where Ser Casasandra sits is the perfect location as well. An easy walk along the beautiful beach to anywhere you want to go. Pure perfection from the moment you arrive until you leave. You can tell the care the owner takes in creating a sanctuary for her guests and hiring kind, professional, and intuitive staff. They were always 5 steps ahead of my thoughts, it was amazing. I was never “in need” of anything while I was there because they thought of everything. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon and all 70 guests at the wedding had the same thing to say about the staff and property. We were so thankful that we chose Ser Casasandra as our destination and we can’t wait to be back as soon as we can. Martín, Lea, Leticia and the ENTIRE wait staff at Ser Casasandra will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to see them again!…
I extremly recommend this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and super cozy. We had an amazing time We went with our three children, they were really happy and enjoyed every single day All the people in the hotel make you feel like home ❣️🥰🎉❣️
The staff were definitely the highlight of this stay. Very pleasant and chatty. It was a birthday stay, and as the hotel were made aware they adorned the room with balloons and Letisha booked us a place to go and celebrate and it was amazing. Location was perfect, paradise it self. Breakfast was nice and complete. Spa facilities were lovely! We ate one evening at the hotel restaurant and for a hotel and quality the prices were very decent.
I spent three days on the island, on one occasion I went to their beach club, everything was super good, the service, the food, the very friendly guys, that day there was rain, unfortunately, they did not let us go inside the hotel, to continue with our consumption, which because they were orders from the Cuban manager, it makes me a little nice to treat external people in this way. We just wanted to take shelter from the rain, and they didn't let us pass.
We didn’t stay at the hotel but paid to go to a yoga class hosted there. We messaged the day before to confirm, arrived early and paid up. Then, once already on our mats we were kicked out at the last minute to make way for guests of the hotel. The teacher was frankly pretty rude about it, causing quite an embarrassing situation. This was pretty humiliating and the hotel staff whilst being apologetic didn’t even offer us anything (a coffee would have sufficed.) Precious holiday time wasted because of poor communication.
