Casa Isabella is a boutique hotel located in the Magic Village of Tepoztlan, Morelos; and the magic we create a charming place, has seven rooms, 3 terraces with spectacular scenery, beautiful garden with fruit trees, pool and jacuzzi, spa, bar, antiques gallery, and Mexican- Tepoztlan gourmet cuisine.
The weekend at Casa Isabella was perfect. Staff was friendly, humble, and always going out of there way to help. The owners were always around making sure everything was perfect and that we were all doing well! The premises is beautiful, well kept and consistently being maintained on a daily basis. At this place there is everything you need, from swimming pool, yoga, massages and plenty of room within the premises to have privacy! You can even enjoy a wonderful ritual provided at Mexico known as a Temazcal, which is a wonderful cleansing experience at all levels. On top of that, it is perfectly located between the center of two beautiful villages! Where there is a lot to explore and do! This location is also well known by all of the taxi drivers around so it is easy to get back and forth without getting lost!
I live an incredibly face-paced life and it usually takes a week or two to fully unwind. The atmosphere at Casa Isabella reduced that time to 24 hours. This place is so unique and interesting that my mind released the world behind me and embraced me with a combination of warmth, service and calmness.
I was welcomed by smiling faces who scrambled to prepare my room with finishing touches like fresh water and flowers while I was served a delicious and refreshing drink. In those moments I surveyed the footpaths, manicured gardens and seating areas tucked away here and there, beckoning me to sit and read or nap. There was a palpable stillness you won't find anywhere else. I believe this is partly because of Tepoztlán itself, but also because the proprietors recognized this piece of property as having good energy. Do not miss the opportunity to take in a Temezcal or eat the portobello mushroom entree if available.
The service, food and atmosphere are positively memorable. Go. Free yourself.
Imagine walking into a charming yet eclectic boutique hotel where your every whim is catered to. What is what you experience at Casa Isabella.
Especially if you want to get away from every day stress and start to get rid of anxiety, it's the place to go.
The grounds are charming. The views are beautiful and it feels good to be surrounded by space and at the same time have access to everything you possibly need.
The owners are amazing and they are able to arrange for trips to the town or day trips.
I loved ever single dish I ordered. Their guava jam is a must!
I'll definitely be back. : )

I had dinner in the restaurant of this Casa Isabella hotels' grill restaurant. It has an awesome view overlooking Puerto Vallarta. The BBQ Ribs was deliciously grilled and the Seafood Spaghetti was a dish I relished. The staff were friendly.

First of all, the place is beautiful. And although there are many beautiful places in Mexico, Casa Isabella stands out because of its artistry and cleanliness. It is immaculate. The grounds are comfortable to stroll along and the food is exquisite; a wonderful combination of New and Old World cuisine. Our hosts and staff were attentive and gracious. They accommodated our every request, from changes to menu items to extra towels to suggestions on places to see (and avoid). I would love to bring my team here of a mid week mastermind, business retreat. I saw that they prepared a special event for another group and it looked wonderful. Please stay here, you will not regret it.

Just returned from another lovely stay at Casa Isabella after two years of no travel because of Covid. It’s even prettier than before … if that is possible! Lots of new places to eat or read or relax. The service and food continue to be excellent. I think that was my 7th visit, but it won’t be my last. Gracias to the young owners and staff.

This hotel has lots of potential but it is not as advertised. The first 3 nights I had a Master suite, it was supposed to have a balcony and a refrigerator it had neither. They advertise the place as a spa/yoga retreat. The spa is on call. Its not a full time spa. Yoga is not available as advertised. There was supposed to be class this morning. Yesterday afternoon I asked staff if class was happening and he never got back to me. This morning there was no class. The jacuzzi is cold and there are no jets. When I checked out 2 days early the staff did not ask why or if anything was wrong, they only asked how much tip I was leaving. At over 200.00 a night I do not find this acceptable. I have been traveling in Mexico for over a month and this is my least favorite hotel
