My stay at Casa de la Vida was just what I needed. Clarity is a good way to explain my experience. The clean white lines of the building. The cleanliness...better immaculate way the premises were kept. Clear explanations of everything, clean fresh and nourishing ingredients and crisp air that starts the day briskly and melts into a sunnier, just as clear version....daily. And all of this nestled in a verdant setting tucked into the mountains. Anosha knows her stuff and willingly shares her knowledge and kindness. Angelica takes care of us in this easy considerate manner. Totally spoiled. I look forward to returning.

Casa de la Vida is one of a kind and the BEST place I have ever been for a detox cleanse. Anosha’s attention to detail is phenomenal. She truly caters to each persons individual needs while keeping you on the program. All the juices and food are super fresh and made daily as you need them. There are are only a few people at a time so you feel incredibly well cared for. Also, she is a wealth of knowledge and truly pays attention to each persons wellbeing, progress, and goals. I cannot say enough the level of quality and detail on every level. The location is spectacular and every little detail is addressed beautifully, including beautiful fresh flowers in your room. If you are looking for the ultimate detox place in Mexico.. this is it!!

If you mean it seriously with detox, this is the place for you. No fun factory, but a small group in a calm oasis with a large beautiful garden, a forest nearby, fresh air and silence. A unique combination of juicing and gut cleansing. Lots of personal attention, catering to your specific needs. Massages, reiki and temazcal optional. Books, spiritual films, exercise and rest. Results visible rightaway (weight, skin, cellulite, belly). If you wish, the lively village center is only 10min away with a cab. Overall a very good experience!

Anosha is not only a great and professional host but an amazing and wise health coach and spiritual guide. I can attest to the above after an 11-day water fast (plus the adjustment period necessary for breaking the fast) at Casa de la Vida. The property itself, its location, and services rendered therein are perfect for such a valuable experience. Probably not any other place in the whole country offers this! Many thanks again to Anosha, Angélica & the rest of Casa de la Vida’s team and selected service providers!

My stay in Casa de la Vida was an absolute treat. The space itself felt safe and sacred, the juicing was delicious and easy to go through, the walk in the woods was inspirational and the reiki therapy was one of a kind. I recommend your programs to anyone interested in wellness and willing to go through a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual renewal. Many thanks for keeping this space so bright and light. I will be back for sure.
