Our stay was very short but we realize this is a fun, good and secure place to stay. Summarizing the good stuff: nice and helpful staff, room cleanness, service is good, parking available. There a few things that can be improved such as: prices (it's a bit overrated), reduced WiFi signal (not available in rooms), bath showers (water pressure). As...

Luis, Thank you very much for your comments on our service and facilities. Also, thanks for your ideas about improvements we can make. We have several snack, water and sodas on sales but seems we have to make a better job offering them to our guest.

It is a very nice and exotic place to stay at. Everything is clean and the people who work there are very kind and friendly. It is very close to downtown, so the location is perfect. Just consider bringing insect repellent, because mosquitoes are all over the place.

We understand your frustration, but the tranquillity and integrity of our guests is our main concern and these were affected many times by people who, unlike you, can't drink and spend a good time in peace.. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thanks

I made a reservertion with this guys for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Long story short I had to skip my already paid for reservation without notice. The following week I got an email from Reservalia (their scheduling software) wanting me to confirm a new reservation for that weekend. I called to see what was going on and they...

I woke up with my shoulders and neck covered in mosquito bites. There should be mosquito nets in the tubes, which are more like cabins than hotel rooms. Very concerning because as numerous local signs will attest, this is an area where dengue is endemic. A couple more negative points: in the shared bathrooms, the stalls have shower curtains instead...

Short story: Do not stay here unless you like: Naco's playing horrible techno music loudly until 3am while tripping on LSD, hearing every noise that other 'rooms' make and having any noise you make heard by everyone, hard beds, mosquitos, hot 'rooms', unhelpful staff, bathrooms that far away from the 'rooms', no privacy, far away from town, small dirty pool....

Funny little place, specially for youngsters who just use the hotel to rest and sleep. Clean and with nice attention; "rooms" have no bath. They don't have an electric generator, so when there is a blackout, as happened to us, there is no running water in the common showers. A very small pool, cool. No restaurant but a tiny breakfast...

The hotel was okay. Just okay. The room was clean, but bearing in mind that the only feature of the tubohotel room is the bed, it was sadly pretty uncomfortable, you could feel the springs a lot. The room gets hot on a sunny spring day, and the fan provided is extremely noisy. That means you have a choice of...
