No website images or reviews can really prepare you for the assault on the senses that a fishing trip to Fraser River Lodge will bring you. Since we booked our five day fishing trip in May, we conjured up images in our minds of what we would experience but even our dreams were surpassed when we came to FRL in... More

I brought my two young adult sons for our annual "boys" fishing trip. Our trip was outstanding, with 3 days of fantastic fishing. We started out with a wilderness trip to catch wild salmon and trout. Frank, who is the lodge owner was our guide. He likes to get an early start (breakfast at 3:30 am, hit the road at... More

Very accommodating, friendly staff, reception (Belinda), Devon (fishing apparel), restaurant staff, Danny (breakfast chef), Frank (the owner). Comfortable, clean rooms and communal areas. The food was of excellent quality and we enjoyed what we had. Lodge overlooks a beautiful mountain and the river. Our fishing guide, Dan, was very knowledgeable and put us on sturgeon all day long. He was... More

Not one to give a 5 star rating, I mean, no one is perfect right? But honestly, after a 5 day fishing, 4 night stay, I can't think of a single thing that wasn't perfect, seriously. My fishing buddy Scott and I choose the Fraser River Lodge for our 8th Annual Summer Fishing Adventure with one purpose in mind.....catch a... More

We stayed four nights in complete happy satisfaction. Our room was great with jacuzzi. We fished in two rivers from bank for salmon, then launched on Fraser River and caught two sturgeon, one 6 1/2 feet long. The next day we went on the Wilderness River Trip. The scenery was wonderful and the fish, a Bull Trout and a Sockeye... More

We stayed for two nights at the Lodge on a fairly last minute basis. Firstly all the staff are super friendly and could not be more helpful. Three course dinners were simply excellent and served with a personal touch, Hector and Bill really do go the extra mile in the bar and kitchen. We had one days wilderness fishing in... More

I started looking for something to give my boyfriend for his birthday last year (long before the day) and when I came across the Fraser River FL I needed help and lots of it! All of the staff were knowledgable and willing to help with whatever I needed in planning this trip. They helped me choose which package was best... More

After my first visit in 2010 with some fishing buddies I decided to return with my son for his college graduation. Once again, The Lodge did not disappoint! We enjoyed world class fishing and first class dining, including 7' Sturgeon caught and released with lead guide Jay Gibson and outstanding meals prepared by Chef Bill. The wine pairings selected by... More

We booked the Fraser river lodge with the idea of having one last night of peace and tranquility before we returned to Vancouver following our ten day road trip through the rockies. We didn't really know what to expect. On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our room - with the view of the fields, river and snow... More

My 19 year-old son and I elected to spend a week fishing in British Columbia while my wife and daughter went off to the Caribbean. We spent a couple of days fishing with the folks from Frazier River Lodge, with one of the days fly fishing on the "wilderness trip." Our guide, Frank, knew the river like the back of... More
