I was a little worried after reading some of the recent reviews but I am so glad we took the risk and went for this place. We were recommended by our travel company to stay in one of the suites which are located to the...More
First time in my life that i do the effort to write a review. But oh boy, do they deserve it. We stayed 2 nights at a rate of 100 CUC/night.

This hotel is extremely quaint and quite fun but is in a bad state of repair. The rooms are OK but the view from their balconies is rarely matched. Swimming pool and restaurant had equally good views. Food was not very good. Just walking distance...More
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel: very nice view and terrasse to enjoy a cocktail, but we were disappointed given the night price: 1st, no water in the swimming pool (under maintenance for 1 week). The hotel provided us a free taxi to go...More
Best location for a hotel with a pool. The staff is ok, the rooms are good (mostly because of the balcony). If you go there for the view over the valley, you won't be
disappointed. If you only want to visited for an afternoon, there...More

We were there in March on an organised tour & our guide had to check us in as the person on reception had just no idea what to do. Just very laid back & not very efficient I think you'll just have to keep sending emails. There's not many hotels in that area & it could have been full when we were there. Just check with your card provider the entry has gone through first?

Hi, The hotel has a main building with terrace and pool and two wings on each side. I suggest that you try to get a room in the West wing i.e. left side of the hotel as they appeared to have a particular nice view. Having said that, views are great from everywhere up there.
I had a last minute booking so I stayed in the main building which was ok. Noise from the pool stopped at around 10:00pm. Rooms are pretty basic but functional. AC was a bit noisy but it is not that hot there due to elevation so sleeping with the window open is an option.
Included breakfast was good. Not sure about dinner as I went to the little restaurant on the left of the hotel - about 2 minutes walking. Food there was average but the atmosphere was really nice.
