We were thrilled with this lovely Casa, especially the host, Niurkis, iwho s a beautiful and warm person. She makes guests feel so welcome into her family that she will be like your Cuban mother! Her English is limited but she makes every effort to help in any way she can. Having said that, if you have someone in your...

Good sized air conditioned room with use of fridge for water, beer etc. a good supply of beer and water on a take it and pay later basis. Ate in one night and the food (lobster for me) was very tasty. Overall a very good experience in Cuban home (even if i did run off with the room key by...

Found the Casa easily after being dropped off by the coach at the bus terminal. Owners very friendly and made a lot of effort to speak English. We ate there the first night and had so much food on the table, a lot didn't get eaten. The rooms were basic but clean and it was good to experience the life...

It was good to be warmly welcomed by Niurkis and her delightful little dog when we arrived in heavy rain, after a 10 hour flight and a 3 hour transfer. The Casa appeared to have been recently refurbished. It has one bedroom with two large beds but limited hanging space so one bed was used as a base for us...

We stayed two nights at Casa Niurkis. The rooms were very clean. Breakfasts were served in the back garden area and were delicious. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the street activity. There was a steady stream of people and vehicles flowing back and forth...very interesting. There are two main streets in Vinales. One has restaurants...

The house and our room with en suite bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately I know this because I inspected the bathroom at closer quarters than most being ill on arrival and throughout our 24 hour stay! By the time we left, my strength was returning, in no small part due to the genuine concern and tenderness with which...

This Casa is fantastic, Maria and her family are so accommodating and friendly, they cannot do enough for you. Would recommend having your evening meal and breakfasts here. You will not be disappointed! The room as very basis and as in most of Cubas Casa,s very old fashioned, but this adds to your experience. It is very clean though.

We stayed here for two nights. The family are amazingly caring, yet respectful of privacy. As a couple, we are often quite sensitive to overly hospitable hosts, but Maria and the family were perfect: always available when needed, timely with dinners (we ate lobster and chicken and they were both amazingly tasty, plentiful and good value), and happy for us...

This was our favourite casa experience!! Maria and her family were lovely, and their cute dog! We spoke very little Spanish but they made us feel so welcome. The location was fantastic, just a short 5 minute walk (if that) away from the centre of Vinales. The en suite room was clean, with AC and a fan. The food was...

I just loved this house and its cozy and familiar environment! We were treated with such good care, felt really nice to stay over. Niurkis is also an excellent cooker and prepared us a great lobster for dinner. The room was tidy and clean, good AC and private bathroom. Totally recommend! One of the best experiences on a private "casa"...
