We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home of Gloria and Elio Suarez in Vinales in Early January. We had a very warm greeting, our room was very clean and comfortable and the food absolutely delicious. We didn’t eat in every night but always started the day with a hearty, nutritionally balanced breakfast. The house is a riot of colour,...

Gloria and Elio, the hosts, make their guests feel welcome. We stayed for three nights. We had dinner (10 CUC pp) and breakfast (5 CUC) on each of these three days and were happy about the quality and quantity of the meals. We recommend their cocktails! Take one up to the rooftop en enjoy the view while sipping pina colada....

The room and the casa are great, especially the rooftop view of the mogotes. Hosts are friendly and nice. We spent our best nights in Cuba (in terms of quality of sleep I mean) there and it was a blessing at the end of our roadtrip to be able to get some rest. Plus the place is not located on...

Family does not speak english, but with some effort you can make it :) Our stay was nice. the best place is the terrace with an amazin vew. The food was more than amazing. Fresh, good one of the best comparing to other casas. Price worth staying.

We stayed with Gloria and Elio a couple of nights in December 2014 and we just loved it!!!!! The property is located just a 3-4 minutes walk from the main street of Vinales. The room was clean, tidy and spatial and the house itself was like from a fairy tale. What we really liked was the roof of the house...

My family (2 daughters, husband and I) stayed with Gloria & Elio for 3 days, nice intimate clean place. Lovely hosts, feels like family, from start till the end. We enjoyed Gloria’s Cuban cuisine for 3 days and loved it. We also had a nice horseride trough the macigal nature of Viñales with our guide Bruneski, saw advocado trees, pineapples...

Gloria and Elio are most welcoming and the house is of an unusually high standard. There are independent rooms in the back patio with excellent bathrooms. The food is particularly good and you can go up to the roof terrace to view the mountains while you sip an evening mojito. The welcome was very warm and I would recommend it...

Changed to a different casa after spending one night here in March 2009. Not that we have a horror story to tell, it just was not the most welcoming casa: The owner does not speak English but rattles on at you rather unpleasantly in Spanish. And although she did at times try to make an effort she just missed the...
