To be completely honest I was doubting if this hotel should be classified as terrible or poor. I finally made my mind, I am not coming back. First I would like to say what I liked about the place: the rooms, the views and the surroundings, that was nice enough. However the list of the thing I hated about this place is a little bit more complicated. First, when we arrived at the hotel I noticed that the pool was very dirty, I thought to myself that this happened because it was quite late so they would clean it the next morning which they didn't.. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days.. and THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE POOL in all this time.. not even once.. there was just this one man that poor a large bucket of chlorine in the pool every morning which was very annoying because it caused allergies to most of the people in there. Then there was the situation of our drinks.... we were supposed to have beers and soda for our stay. We didn't. There wasn't a single beer delivered to us. On our second day there, there was another couple drinking Cuban beer we asked them were they got it and they told us that it belonged to the manager of the hotel, that he kindly gave it to them... I guess he wasn't kind enough to help us.. we finally left and in the exact moment we were leaving the perimeters of the hotel, beers were sold to the customers checking in. I really think this hotel has a lot of potential.. the buildings are very nice.. they just need to improve their management and public relationships

Stayed here for 3 nights. The cabin we stayed in was very good. Clean, proper air-conditioning, refrigerator and hot water available all the time. Each cabin has its own hot water boiler. Breakfast is limited, even for Cuban standards. There's little fruit available despite the fact that it is available sufficiently in the region. The breakfast buffet is however sufficient to get your day started.

Stayed here after visiting Vinales. Resort with small bungalows with small, simple rooms, but very clean. AC, shower, toilet, fridge, tv, terrace. Food ok, friendly staff. Disturbing dogs! Good for one night.
