I'm away a lot for work and am used to anodyne impersonal business hotels. This little place was a delight; very friendly proprietors, lovely food and a very comfortable bed. Definitely worth a stay. Little extras like a well stocked tea tray, water and sherry in the rooms, added to the welcoming atmosphere.

This was the first night of our North Wales castle foray. Couldn't believe our luck - beautiful house steeped in history with a welcoming ambiance. Elvira and David are great hosts offering great food and wonderful service. Well appointed bedroom reflecting the Jacobean history of the house and with a fantastically comfortable bed. Ate in the restaurant on the night... More

Stayed here for work. Bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in. Beautiful room and bathroom and everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt and your choice of cooked breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend whether staying in Rhyl for business or pleasure.

We stayed here for just one night as part of business we had in North Wales. We didn't arrive until 10pm on not a particularly pleasant night, but were met by a very warm welcome by our hosts who made us a cup of tea to help us settle. There were lots of nice touches in the room, along with... More

We had a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spotlessly clean and had many personal touches which made for a warm and welcoming feel. Breakfast was superb and Elvira and David were helpful and informative about explaining the areas of interest to visit. We would definitely stay here again

Ty'n Rhyl is a very special place indeed. The finest of fine dining in a beautiful and historic setting and with very welcoming and attentive service and company with David And Elvira. We had a truly exceptional lunch and would love to return soon. Must be one of the best culinary experiences in Wales.

Spent one night here on our way to the Llyn Pennisula - loved it. Dinnner was great, we had a lovely room and the breakfast was beautiful. A haven of peace not far from Rhyl town centre. Our hostess was charming & the house beautiful Strongly recommended for dinner or dinner plus B&B
