Excellent location, coffee and biscuits on arrival which was very welcome. Very comfortable room and excellent en-suite. Both Lesley and her daughter made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend, it was an ideal base for exploring

From beginning to end, our stay with Lesley and family exceeded expectations. Tucked away in the lush Cumbrian countryside, this farm B&B provides impeccably clean & cozy, well appointed rooms. Love the heated towels in the bathroom and a tea/cookie caddy in our room that comfortably slept 4. Lovely farm fresh breakfast locally sourced meats and vegetables as well as... More

A second stay at the farm and we were recognised as soon as we arrived. Everything as we remembered; great location, a warm and friendly welcome. Great breakfast and Lesley provides ample advise on where to eat locally. We will go back again!

Kellah Farm is A1 being comfortable and well-appointed at a working farm in glorious countryside. The welcome is warm and interested while the food is delicious and well-presented. This is probably the best B&B in which we have stayed.

What a superb location and such a high standard of both accommodation and service. Had the good fortune of fantastic weather, which enabled walks around the farm and surrounding area. Lesley and Katie were very friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. An ideal place to get away from it all, but maintaining home comforts. Thank... More

This is without doubt the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived there was such a warm welcome from Lesley and we were shown to our beautiful room. The farm is lovely and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. We loved being able to use the lounge and really made ourselves at home. Breakfast was... More

This was our first stay in the B&B having previously stayed in two of the cottages with our children. With our children away we decided to come back and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the shower had a plentiful supply of hot water. There was a good selection for breakfast including buttered mushrooms on toast... More

This was a fabulous break. The room was immaculate and had everything you needed including a vast selection of drinks, sweets, biscuits and a mini fridge should you wish to keep anything in there. The breakfast was excellent - cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, full English, toast and any amount of toppings you can think of. It also had a big... More

The perfect break to get away from it all. The farm is very homely with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Lesley and family are very welcoming and we had the added bonus of it being lambing season so we got to visit the newborn lambs. The rooms are lovely and we were very well looked after. Thank you Janet & Mark

A relaxing setting, friendly helpful hosts and a great breakfast. A comfortable bedroom with all amenities, including even a dressing gown. The bedroom was en-suite with a shower, but there was a bathroom for soaking off the aches of a walk along Hadrian's Wall.
