Rooms very small and very tired . En-suite shower tiny .
Wedding facilities again very shabby . Screens to devide the room were dirty and old .

love the faded charm of this hotel, like stepping into the past. we didn't stay, just had a lovely lunch, sitting outside, overlooking the Solent. The food was hot, well presented and very tasty and the staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
