We just had a wonderful experience at Ten Mallorca for my husbands 50th birthday. it is hidden in the old town of Sineu in a historical building which oozes character. The quality of the build is exceptional and it is beautifully designed. Each room is decorated differently in an art deco style and all rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Amazing bedding and quality of mattress. We went for an Indian themed meal which was very very good, and breakfast was croissants fresh juice and a full english. Great chef! The hosts and staff are all very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back, in fact we are already trying to organise it!

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night break at Ten Mallorca. Having always stayed at larger hotels with little character, this is the first time we opted for a smaller, boutique hotel and we were not disappointed!
This charming hotel is exactly as we imagined and hoped - clean, great food and drinks, really friendly staff, lovely pool area and beautifully decorated throughout. We stayed in Room 8 with the private terrace which was an added bonus.
We enjoyed getting to know the staff and other guests as you do not always get the opportunity with larger hotel.
We used a hire car to travel from the airport to hotel and it was a very easy drive with a free car park less than one minute walk from the hotel - we felt more comfortable parking there than on the streets which are quite narrow!
We did the tasting menu prepared by Hannah and it was delicious (as was all the food) she is a very talented chef. Owners Joanna and John were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them as well as Lena and Annika who were very attentive with great service. Everyone of them makes the hotel such a great success.
Could not recommend highly enough and we can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

From arrival to departure, 10 days later, having extended my stay, the family team at Ten Mallorca delivered a guest experience 5 star luxury hotels strive for and most fail to deliver at anything close to this level. The rooms are supremely comfortable, elegantly designed, with beds, linen and bathrooms of the highest quality. Tucked away in a hidden narrow street in charming Sineu the property opens up to reveal a wonderful courtyard with swimming pool and terrace for relaxing by the pool. Jo, Jon & Hannah are quite simply the perfect hosts and the magic dust that binds all of this together. The breakfast and dinner menus are simply FANTASTIC...Rarely have I felt compelled to review a hotel or restaurant, however this place is totally in a league of it’s own and deserves the highest praise. I will definitely be returning, if there is a chance of getting in!

Ten Mallorca is a small boutique hotel with a beautiful saltwater pool and individually decorated rooms - it really is a little bit of paradise tucked away in the centre of Mallorca. It's in a great quiet location with easy access to the town and train station. What really sets it apart though, is its amazing service and the attention to detail. All the staff are really friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them and they all seem to really enjoy what they are doing and chatting to guests - it feels a bit like staying with friends. The breakfast is sublime ( I have rarely had such delicious granola), the ingredients are good quality and delicious. Jo and John, the owners, have created a wonderful haven - if you haven't been yet hurry up because I suspect that once word spreads, they will be booked forever.

The experience you get at Ten Mallorca is nothing less than superb. A boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sineu a short drive or train ride from Palma. On arrival expect to be treated like a returning loved one coming home from an extended period away. The welcome is one of care and attention to detail and creates a vibe that will make you feel like you have visited before and have never left all at the same time.
My wife and I got married at Ten Mallorca and I can say from the bottom of my heart every time we return the experience is the same. Jo and John the owners and their team of dedicated wonderful staff, Lena, Annika, Helen, and chef extraordinaire Hannah are committed to ensuring a stay worth remembering whether you are a return customer like ourselves or visiting for the first time.
I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel and their amazing staff, so much so that we have lost count now how many times we have visited through planning our wedding, celebrating the big day and returning for our anniversary.

Loved Ten! Had a few days on my own in Mallorca and the staff made me feel very comfortable and right at home! The clean, comfortable rooms with fun decor and thoughtful touches, plus the relaxing quite pool area made it the perfect spot to relax and feel spoiled. Ten is a lovely boutique hotel and the charming and welcoming staff makes it really special. I would be very happy to return here in the future.

Stayed here for my sisters wedding last weekend and could not leave the hotel without writing Ten Mallorca a glowing review.
From the second we arrived the staff at Ten Mallorca could not do enough for us - greeted by name on arrival despite having only met my sister (and not the rest of our extended family) they really made us feel at home from the minute we stepped foot in the hotel!
The whole weekend they went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure every part of our trip/stay was perfect. So accommodating, attentive and lovely to be around - so much so it felt as if they were part of the wedding itself.
Despite being usually adults only there was a few children in the wedding party and they were so good with all of them, despite it probably being a lot noisier and more chaotic than they are used to!
The hotel decor itself is stunning and every piece of furniture perfectly compliments the vibe of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and beds so comfy. Lovely bath robes provided in the room and all of the bedrooms have gorgeous decor and accents which make each one unique.
Everything is of such a high standard. This standard continued through to the food/drink which is second to none - everything we ate and drank was delicious and all of us were raving about the food all weekend.
There really are no words to say how fabulous our stay was but it was no doubt due to the great staff at Ten Mallorca and a huge thanks to Jo, Jo’s husband, Hannah, Anneka, Lena and Stefan (I’m sure I’ve forgot someone!) for such a wonderful stay and for hosting us at such a lovely venue for my sisters wedding.
I will 100% return and tell friends!

I stumbled across Ten Mallorca on instagram as I was looking to book a trip which would work for me taking my bike and be a relaxing stay somewhere for my partner who is not into cycling. After booking the hotel and reading the reviews we were both excited for our stay at Ten Mallorca, before arriving John the owner of the hotel was very helpful over email and even when we arrived early in the morning after the hotel had been exclusively booked for a wedding and was in the middle of a complete turn around they took our bags and my bike in.
Our stay at the hotel was brilliant, the room we had booked was exactly as the images showed, super clean, stylish and with an outside terrace. We dined at the hotel twice in the week and had lunch there most days, as well as a fresh breakfast every morning with fresh croissants, coffee, granola etc. All of the food was fantastic and all cooked by John & Jo the owners but mainly their daughter Hannah who's a brilliant chef.
The atmosphere in the hotel is really really nice, it is far from a cycling hotel - it's a boutique hotel where you can take you bike. During the day, you can explore Mallorca or chill out by the pool and it's quiet enough to feel like you're staying at a villa all whilst being able to order great drinks and food from the bar menu.
The final thing I would say is the owners John & Jo and their daughter Hannah are such fantastic hosts and make the experience, if you get to know them it feels like you are staying with friends, yet equally you can choose to just enjoy you stay in this amazing hotel without and your experience will be equally as good. In addition to this they have also managed to pull together a great group of staff including Lena & Annika who are great with all of the guests and cannot do enough for you.
I can't recommend staying here enough and we hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you to all at Ten Mallorca for a brilliant stay.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Sineu, a short walk from the bustling squares and alleys, Ten Mallorca offers the perfect base to explore this beautiful town and island... Or you can simply soak up the sun next to their beautiful pool. We stayed in Room 5, which felt cool and spacious thanks to the high ceilings and powerful Aircon. The bed was comfortable and more than big enough for a relatively tall husband. The shutters and curtains resulted in a blackout which meant we slept far later than planned on more than one occasion! The breakfast was made fresh to order and was absolutely delicious everyday. I also recommend their salads if you're having a lazy day at the hotel for lunch. The staff were incredible, it was a joy to meet you all. The check in was simple and if you're on an early flight out, you can check out the night before. Pre-arrival they sent an incredibly informative website with all the information you might need, from parking to the all important food and drinks menus! The hotel was spotless, and the rooms turned over each day which was a real luxury. I could ramble on forever about how lovely our stay was, and I'm already planning when we can return! John & Joanna have created an incredibly stunning family run boutique hotel in the heart of Sineu. Think The Hoxton, Shoreditch courthouse hotel, The Wythe and more all rolled into one, with a homely comforting feel and charm to it. John & Joanna are the perfect hosts and make you feel so at home - the food, drinks, decor, pool area are all second to none. Even with a small but very well equipped gym to sweat away all the food and drink!
We had an incredible stay, we were also pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed the town of Sineu - lots of vibrant restaurants and lively evenings spent in the old town squares, listening to live music and eating great food. A very authentically Mallorcan and Spanish experience.
These guys have smashed it, we wish them the very best of luck. We will be recommending to all of our friends and will 100% be back!
