Very helpful and friendly staff, from reservations, reception and breakfast team. Well appointed apartment and facilities. Would have liked a little more information on what was in and around the area but reception always had the answers to any questions. Good location and well maintained with easy and picturesque walk into town for evening restaurants. Hotel Mon Port and yacht club close by and very good too for drinks and dinner. La Pergola bar a bit quiet, but that might have been time of year. St Elm beach, easy to get to on local bus, well worth visiting. Hope to return sometime.
We’ve stayed in all 3 parts of this lovely complex, and it has a great deal to offer. The standard of the accommodation is excellent and it’s not overpriced. We’ve also stayed in the villas, which have their own small pool, and the sister hotel Mon Port. The main pool area at La Pergola is very spacious with a bar, and has a pleasant seating area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it every time we visit Port Andratx, which in itself is a delightful place.
Stayed for 5 nights and loved this place so much ! Had booked with Hotel.com and our initial room was on the ground floor so we asked if possible could we change ? Alicia who was on duty was amazing ! She showed us a couple of other rooms and was so patient and kind allowing us to choose one . The one we chose was perfect and actually had a lovely view over the mountains of Port d’andratx . The pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and a gorgeous bar area where we had lunch twice The hotel is a short walk into the beautiful port area and we would definitely return to stay at La Pergola .
Port Andtratx is a beautiful and charming place and this aparthotel was spot on. Lovely pool, great staff and comfortable apartments. The pool bar offers good food at a reasonable price. There is a local supermarket just a walk away and a larger one with parking nearby in the port. The pool is lovely, but if you want beaches, they are a short drive away and both Camp de Mar and St Elm are lovely. It's calm, peaceful, relaxing and we loved our time there.
experienced the most kind and relaxed people at the hotel. You felt welcome and they just went that extra mile that you are not used to…. The location is fantastic – 2 minutes walk and you are in the beautiful harbor of Andratx, with small restaurants and a variety of great food at reasonable prices. Amazing place. The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxing and we had plenty of space at the pool. We also had dinner included, and that was a 100 meter walk to their sister Hotel next door. It was not buffet – your own choice of 3 courses dinner from the vel assorted menu-card. High class. This will definitely be our yearly fall vacation for years to come.
Just returned from another great stay at La Pergola. It’s our 4th time here, having previously stayed in the villas across the road and the Mon Port. The pool area and communal areas are immaculate, with plenty of space and light. The breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want in hot and cold food - attentive staff keep the tables cleared and clean. The staff are so polite and friendly - they make you feel very welcome and valued. The apartments are ideal if you want to cater for yourself in a small way, with a useful kitchen area. All the balconies are spacious and most face the pool. The whole resort of Puerto Andratx is delightful with its interesting marina, and definitely our favourite place on Majorca.
Just returned from an 8-night stay here with my 14y old daughter and we both agree that it was one of the best Summer holidays ever. The hotel is just perfect and fully deserves every start it's got. The layout, ambient, pool, rooms, breakfast buffet and facilities are all excellent and everything feels very clean and secure. The staff are super friendly without exception and most guests appear to be return visitors (and we will be too now!). We had a 1-bedroom apartment with pool view (No.301). The room was spacious and the beds and even the sofa bed super comfortable. Aircon works well and is not noisy. Two TVs with plenty of channels. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook if you wanted to. We just used the fridge, kettle and microwave though. Towels & bedding is great quality. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Great variety and all tastes fresh and delicious. There are even fresh churros and sparkling wine if you feel like it every morning! The coffee machine dispenses good coffee. For tea drinkers I'd suggest to bring your own bags (I always do when going on hols). The pool is spacious and safe for all levels of swimmers. There are sufficient sunbeds and parasols and no issue with people blocking beds all day. Pool towels are provided and the pool snack bar is also very good. The fries are delicious! The hotel has a big car park and is away from the main part of the town, so very quiet. The 10 minute stroll into town along the habour is very pleasant. We will definitely return.…
I would have left this review direct with the hotel but the link stopped working. I hope this helps and reflects the lovely stay that we had here. + Great option if you want to space of a villa or apartments but with hotel amenities. The pools were warm and clean. Towels always available for use. + Well maintained grounds and friendly helpful staff. Thank you in particular to the young staff member working in the early hours of the morning of 27th august who helped me find my daughters missing wallet before we left! + cleaning service daily. Comfy beds. + beautiful location +lovely welcome on arrival - we were given our room key straight away despite being early. Just a couple of things that would help for when we hopefully return to this lovely place: - hooks on the backs of doors and in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. -the outdoor terrace area of the villa could use some paint and a bit of brightening up. It felt a bit sad and like a mosquito den for sitting out in the evening. We went out a lot at night as it was cooler but we weren’t really inclined to sit there in the evening. -a guide/welcome pack would be really useful. There is nothing in the villa to tell you how the air conditioning works, where the gym is and how to access it, serving times at the various restaurants etc etc. We asked at reception and they were very helpful but there are no overnight reception staff.…
My family and I stayed at the La Pergola in late July and early August. The greatest way we can describe our time there was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left we had the most wonderful time in the most perfect setting. La Pergola itself is wonderful. We stayed in an apartment with our two children (13 and 15). There was more than enough room for us all and the balcony we had overlooked the pool and you could see the port and mountains in the distance, it was perfect. La Pergola itself is immaculately clean and the facilities all around are wonderful. The food either at Breakfast, lunch or in the restaurant in the evening is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are amazing and the treatment you receive is simply excellent. Everything you ask for is never a problem for any of the team. The port is about a ten minute walk from La Pergola, but the walk down is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes when you get down there. The views around the port are beautiful too. There was always a lovely atmosphere whenever we went down. When we initially booked the holiday the two members of staff we dealt with were Francisca and Niuris, who were so informative and tried as best they could to accommodate whatever requests we had. They were brilliant. On arrival at La Pergola we soon realised all the staff were amazing, especially Cati, Victor, Xisco, Bruno and Yasmeen. The treatment we received from them while we were there, and quite clearly other guests too, was wonderful and they really helped make our holiday. It makes such a big difference when you get staff that really care about you and the job they do. All of the team at La Pergola certainly showed how much they care. Thank you to them all! We will most certainly be returning next year. We had a wonderful stay, in a stunning place surrounded by fabulous people. We would highly recommend La Pergola as it is simply wonderful.…
We visited La Pergola in July and stayed at the townhouse. The room was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped with large fridge and freezer box, Coffee machine and kettle for hot water, microwave etc. The staircase could be problem for families with smaller children, but with our 5 and 8 year olds there was no problem. Hotel premises and room were cleaned daily. Bed and pillows were of good quality (also the sofa bed). There's no night entertainment at the hotel so sleep quality was excellent. Pool is big and the cenral area with shallow water is ideal for kids. Lots of nice trees and flowers. Free towels for pool was very beneficial. Pool bar for lunch and snack. Breakfast was excellent: omelettes, breads and pastries, youghurt, fresh fruits etc. Hotel service excellent, broken lamp was changed immediately, the reception helped with car rental and airport transfer service. Nice restaurants at the Marina and the nearby La Gourmeda was excellent and had small play area for kids. Port Andraxt is very pretty small town.…
