Sa Posada d'Aumallia is a fine example of elegant Majorcan country architecture, converted from 1991 into a small hotel. In the visitor's book we find these words: "The reception, the breakfast, the dinner ... what a personal luxury to enjoy them at the terraces and gardens by the pool ¡ The birds songs, the sound of sheep bells, the landscape...I arrived as a foreigner and am leaving as a friend".

Detailed Reviews
Stayed with a group of friends on a bird watching break in Majorca. Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautifully furnished large rooms, top notch meals, including packed lunches, amazing grounds and a fantastic spa with indoor & outdoor pools. The owner and her staff are very attentive, nothing is ever too much trouble. It is a little off the beaten track but that adds to it’s charm and it is so tranquil. We would recommend staying here 110%. It really is very very good.

If you’re looking for a great place to rejuvenate, in beautiful countryside with excellent hosts this place is it. Run by a wonderful family and very classy, tranquil and stylish. The hosts are simply brilliant and nothing was too too much trouble for them - so much so that even when I got a flat there they even came and rescued me! The food is also excellent and delicious. Very recommended.

We felt really taken care of! personal attention, remembering our choices for drinks, setting up our preferred table, preparing every day a special vegetarian dish. Attention for detail is great, food is lovely! The people are all very kind and they care. Simple. I will return here. No doubt.

Original place with lot of character-great friendliness. Modern spa facilities, yoga studio. (actually my first yoga session ever and I enjoyed it). The main building and courtyard is full of character; the service and friendliness of this family managed hotel is heartwarming. We felt immediately at home and stayed also for diner each night. There was no reason to go elsewhere. In the morning two dinner options are given for the evening; we always found something nice on the menu, and if you are actually also in for something completely different than that, there are also possibilities. Nice wines on the menu too. I am always font of ordering a good quality local wine, preferably made of a local grape. I was not disappointed. They have wines from 'los Supernins' on the menu. This wine I can definitely recommend!

+1
My wife and I have just spent one week staying at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed.
Beautiful tranquil location, wonderful rooms, exceptional food, great spa and lovely staff, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay fantastic.
We thought that being inland in August the temperature would be unbearable however there was almost always a constant cooling breeze and the huge pool is wonderful and we had it all to ourselves on many occasions.
If you’ll looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place for you however, I would recommend renting a car to explore this amazing island.

Stayed at the Aumallia Hotel & Spa hotel had an amazing experience. The staff and the family that ran the hotel were so friendly, generous and personal. The food was delicious, we would look forward to each menu including breakfast. The recommendations were spot on and you could tell there's a lot of passion and love for what they do. Even though the facilities (including pool and spa), the room, the food / wine were amazing, it was the people who ran the hotel that really made it. Me and my partner talk about the place all the time and plan to go back again and again.

What a great place, we were there August 3 to 6th with a total of ten people in our party. The accommodations, food, location were excellent. It is not in a busy city and the quieter tranquil atmosphere was perfect. The hosts saw to all of our needs and went beyond what we expected.
The morning breakfasts had plants of selection and everything was fresh. Some picked right from their gardens on site. We had to order lunches, since they only served breafasts and dinner, but if you stay there get their custom made lunches. Excellent and enough to feed everyone twice.
The dinners were off a set menu, but they would cook to your special needs diet if you tell Them in the morning. We asked for sangria one evening and they came out with beautiful pitchers filled with locally grown fruits.
The staff was excellent and always addressed our needs in a timely fashion and many times exceeded our requests.
We will be going back to this relaxing and wonderful location

We were looking for an escape from the crowdy beaches where to relax and feel the atmosphere and the beauty of the country and we found it. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are provided with all comforts , simple but elegant in their tipical ,mallorcan style. It is clean everywhere, inside and outside. A beautiful swimming pool and sun beds are available for the guests and sometimes you can even hear yourself breathing between the birds singing. Location is perfect, close to Porto Colom (nice restaurants) and any beaches. Breakfast is very good and we had a good dinner as well, even if we preferred to experience sourrunding restaurants.
