Poorly maintained, dirty and cold with outdated furniture. Had strong WiFi signal, but terrible speed. Do not trust anything said by the person at the front desk. He/she is there just to lie nicely...

Front desk has no permanent officer; you have to call for it every time! I asked for an iron machine; they don't have this service! Poor choice of meals!!! You can say you re still starving after eating in this hotel. Linen and towels are old and brocken! Water is dropping without any pressure! Old furniture! TV remote control was brocken! Missing lightballs or burned! Dirty rooms and bathroom tiles! I m curios what do they do with all the money they charge for a room (expensive) and they offer this conditions! Romanian tipical management- they think only for profit! Disappointed!!

We stayed here in the last two years to celebrate our kids birthdays and also the National Day. The hotel has two sections Bradul and Sportul and we stayed in both. Pros: good location for ski, parking, food, spa. Cons: the staff, small rooms, expensive. What I like the most and why I always come back : they have a kids area where kids can play when is raining or it is to cold outside, they have a spa and a big pool, you can just walk to reach the ski zone.

Wow! This is the most poor hotel in the hole word! No ones was on the reception and the rooms are very small. Poor choice at breakfast and dinner. Like they serve me only French fries every evening.. What the heck. The rooms have broken things like the bed and the window. In the last night we stay with the window open because it was broken and me and my friends stay in a single bed to make stay at heat. I was very mad because the price are very height for they're service and rooms. What can I just say. Very disappointed.

We received a 2 person room (and we were 3 people) and they told us that the third is sleeping on the couch. That couch was awful, really hurt my back, it had a thin thin mattress like a blanket. Although they said they knew we were 3, the couch was not made and toiletries were for 2 persons. At the reception you don't even see the option for triple room. It's a lousy hotel, way too expensive for its services.
