Stayed here with my tent for three nights. Nice soft grass, lovely warm and clean showers, kitchen with microwave, 2 small ovens, water boiler and 4 hotplates. All incl. 170 NOK per night. 1km from the centre. Only minus, which doesn't affect the quality of the campsite, is that getting there and away with public transport is a little challenging...

I stayed in a small cabin with my 13 year old son in June 2016 for 2 nights. The cabin was exactly what we expected and needed. Basic but clean. Small beds but comfortable. Was able to get blankets and sheets and towels for a minor fee. Facilities are very clean. WiFi is fine for email. Very accommodating owner/manager. Fantastic...

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the cabins. If your use to camping, then the beds were adequate but if not they may seem small and a bit hard, a thin mattress. The cabins were equipped with heaters and bunk beds but were cozy. The view was amazing to just look out across the water, quite relaxing....

Walking distance from Balestrand ferry pier. It was close to the fiord which provides a great view. We stayed there for 2 nights in the camping area. The reception only opens1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. We arrived out of office hour, so we registered the day after without any problem. Seems this camping site...

We stayed in a cabin, which was clean but quite basic : no pots, pans, cutlery; no shower or toilet. However, the cabin was clean, as were the shared showers and toilets. Price was very reasonable for what you get. Location is fantastic : walking distance from the town center, and almost next to the fjord. For the kids, swimming...

We stayed there for 2 nights in a tent. The facilities are great and the campsite too. The kitchen is huge and it has a big table which is nice for having a meal. The showers and wifi are free, which is a plus. The location is very good, right there to start hiking.

We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights and cannot fault the place. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean, there are excellent cooking and shower facilities and the view across the fjord is fantastic. The Sjotun camping is exceptional value for money. Thanks

This summer we spent 3 nights at Sjotun Camping in Balestrand. Sjotun Camping is a nice place to set up your camp (caravan, tent or camper) or you can hire a cabin (hytter). We stayed in a cabin with a from our deck a great view at the fjord. The heart of the village within 10 minutes walk. The reception...

I was on a road trip when I visited the place to take a break from driving and get a shower. It seemed like a great place to go if you're camping or passing by (there were cabins for rent, too. but I didn't look inside). Good view to the fjords, showers like in a 5-star hotel, a common kitchen...
