You have to pay for the beauty of this country and that is by no means a complaint. I wanted to visit Rjukan to visit the museum which remembers the 'Heroes of Telemark' but couldn't afford much. I had never stayed in a hostel before...More

Got one of the cabins with shared bathroom. Pricing was alright at 625kr per night, and the view and surroundings are also great of course. The rooms have 2 floors with beds on both floors. Bathrooms were clean as well. Was quite hot sleeping though....More

A truly idyllic Norwegian wilderness -near the Hardangervidda Park. Ski hire very reasonable. Accommodation in Arney Hus cosy but warm, comfortable- and a sauna! Meals in main lodge were homely , filling and served with a smile. Packed lunch fillings varied. Vegetarian options if ordered....More

Fantastic facility, flexible options for accommodation type, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous food, great transport bus link provided by the fjellstue to/from Gardermoen airport to Kvitavatn...can't wait to return again later this summer season with another group :)

great place to be in after the gaustatoppen hike..the new cabins we stayed in were superb..great showers and toilet..comfortable beds..good common areas with outstanding views..very friendly staff..average food..
