My wife and I plus our 26 year old daughter and her significant other spent 5 nights in this wonderful setting. This was on our "bucket list" - to find a romantic place to stay in the Tuscan countryside and La Canonica di Cortine http://www.chianticortine.it/en/history.html was perfect. The ancien parsonage has been exquisitely re-built by the current owners Stefano and...

My 2 girlfriends and I spent one week on Rome and one week in Tuscany. During the drive from Rome to the Villa we were robbed while in a rest stop. Upon our arrival we were quite stressed but very excited as soon as we saw La Canoncia di Cortine. Stella and Stefano were very warm and welcoming and had...

This place is what we dreamed about to stay during our Tuscan holiday. Initially, we planned to stay for one night (booked using www.booking.com) but when we arrived at the place we were surprised by the beauty of this property and the surroundings. Bedroom is typical Tuscan country style, spacious bathroom There is wi-fi available in the lounge (outside the...

Two of my sisters and I originally planed to visit La Canonica di Cortine in 2002. We had put a deposit down but in the end opted for a cruise. We passed on the deposit to a friend and she has returned 3 times. That was all we needed to hear when we planning a big birthday celebration this fall....

We stumbled upon this tranquil village by accident and were very lucky. This is a fully renovated, middle ages village which is simply beautiful. Our room was in a large, private building and was lovely renovated sleeping room, with views of the swimming pool and the Tuscan hills. The bed was huge and so was the bathroom, and the room...

My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. They ended up upgrading our room which was a complete surprise to us! The B&B was very clean, the food was delicious and the staff extra friendly. It was quiet at night and extremely cozy. I had dreamed of going to Tuscany for over 10 years and...

This place was great. We stayed in the unit called Solatio. On the website they listed it as an apartment, but it actually was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned house with a private yard and patio. The house was nicer than the photos on the website. The house was very clean. The kitchen was properly stocked with equipment....

This cluster of a bed and breakfast and cottages is magical. I traveled with 3 girlfriends and we stayed in one of the cottages, Le Dimore. It was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We even cooked two nights because we wanted to stay in! Everyone there was so helpful, especially with directions and information. You will need a...
