We did not use their "laundry services" during our 3 night stay, and they do not have washing machines for guests to use. However, I seem to recall that Francesco indicated that his room attendant/laundry person would be able to do some clothes washing. If your travel planning includes refreshing your clothes while in the Modica/Ragusa area, I suggest you email Francesco to inquire.
