First we were amazed by the room. Then we wondered where the window was. Then we got used. This is a Palazzo. You step into a courtyard style reception. Then take the stairs up to your room. It was a nice fairly big room. Though, it was a not the standard room, it was the premium room. We had two... More

Right in the centre of the old town. You park in the port and then they take you in a golf cart to get your luggage. We stayed two nights in a room at the front with balconies over the little street. Service was first rate, breakfast was tasty and the little sun terrace was lovely to spend time in... More

The service here was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble and all the staff were helpful and friendly. a special thank you to Maria? the manager? who ensured everything we needed was looked after. Hotel with lot of character (I had a luxury room) with a great location (in the middle of the historical center) and with a spotless service. Nice view from the terrace and a rich breakfast with lot of choices.

We arrived by bike and our room was not ready. No problem. The receptionist helped us store our bikes and our luggage. She then gave us some recs for pizza and we went to lunch. When we returned our luggage was in our room and we were all set to clean up after a day of biking. There is a... More

Absolutely gorgeous decor - I stayed in the Calla Lily room which was decorated beautifully. The room was a bit dark, however as we didn't too much time in the room, it wasn't a huge issue. The rooftop is very relaxing. The Western style breakfast was exactly what one would expect. Perhaps the highlight, other than the location and the... More

My family of 4 (two young children) stayed here for one night in March. Every single thing about this small hotel was perfect from the moment we arrived in town and they directed us to the hotel (its in the center where there are no cars, so you have to park and walk across a bridge to get to the... We arrived by bicycle after a long hot day on the road. The young woman at reception (Anna Vera) was exceptionally welcoming & helpful, even putting our bikes away for us so that we could go and shower. It was already 6:00 pm, but with the great location and her assistance, we saw as much of the old city as... More

We stayed at the Palazzo Mosco Inn for two nights recently and had a very memorable stay. The Hotel is nicely appointed and relatively private. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the staff were very helpful in their suggestions.

Excellent service. Everybody in the reception was there to help us and give us the right information. They must have been trained to smile to the customers. Lovely! Beautiful terrace on top for breakfast.
