We had a great stay at the hotel, however, looking at the charged price, it was disappointing. Therefore, based on the price/quality level, I only give them three stars. We had a great stay due to the convenient location, kind help of the reception in booking activities and a delicious breakfast. However, the whole hotel was outdated: (1) at breakfast no one spoke English and the service was very chaotic, (2) apparently they haven’t heard of climate change since they change sheets and towels every day, (3) we had a suite with minimalistic furniture, decoration and a too small shower. So overall, we had a great stay. However, due to the high price we expected a hotel of a higher class with a better eye for detail and which is more up-to-date.

Thank you very much for leaving us a feedback on your stay. We are very pleased that our welcome was to your liking and we were really happy to have you as our guest. the style and decor are always very subjective. We take great care in the design and furnishing of the entire building which is a 17th century building and whose history and structure we respect. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again. A dear greeting.

Lovely chic hotel in Gallipoli - beautiful individual rooms with character. The bed was comfortable and teh rooms (we faced the car park) were quiet. The only down side to the room is the very small shower with weak water pressure.

An unforgettable stay. Kind and always helpful staff, excellent restaurant with a magnificent view. The always uncrowded fitness area allowed pleasant moments of sport. And the Perla grand suite was a perfect choice for our family of 4. Thanks so much. We will be back soon!

Re the title of my review. The hotels own website advertises their rooms as “from 25 sq m”. We booked a “Double Fashion” room on this basis. The room we were given was approx 16/17 sq metres, maybe 20 if you included the bathroom. At the time, I said nothing, as my wife was happy with the hotel ( which, in every other way is exemplary). I queried the misleading room size with the hotel by email after we had left. Their response was that the room sizes given were “indicative”, ( which makes the information meaningless ) and our room was a larger example in that category. For the price charged, it is exorbitant. It beggars belief really. I have had bigger rooms in hostels. They are much smaller than advertised, and the information needs to be changed.
