I have returned to the same room. Nothing has changed, shower did not work well, the fridge is too noisy. It is a pity because it could be much better. The breakfast remain good, and the coffe is nice. You can bave a great dinner too, but, walk 50m on the street to return to your room.....

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Wood-panelled with an almost Alpine feel, very friendly staff and an owner with excellent English. It's in the centre of town a short walk from the railway station. Very reasonably priced with clean, comfortable rooms and an ample breakfast with plenty of choice.

This review is for the residence apartments of the hotel. The apartment has a small kitchen, but it is quite usuable. It has a small fridge, sink, toaster oven and two burner stove top. It is reasonably well stocked with pots/pans/plates/etc if needed---though the knives were quite rusty. We only used it for keeping drinks cold and slicing fruit and reheating take out pizza---it was great for that. The location is excellent, being right downtown with lots of eateries and shops nearby. There is a free car park behind the hotel. Wifi was fast and very reliable. Bed was older and not so comfortable. The shower was low water pressure and did not work very well (water failed to come out of more holes than it did come out of). A/C worked most of the time but would cut outt once in a while and was very loud. There was a lot of either thick dust or maybe old between the edge of the kitchen cabinetry and the wall. I was in and out througout the day and had to do a webinar from the room on our second day. I came back to find the door propped open, bathroom half cleaned, windows wide open, and housekeeping nowhere to be seen. It seems they air out all apartments at once and clean over the course of 2-3 hours (based on times I gathered other days). I walked into my room, gathered up my laptop and supplie s nd headed to a desk in the entryway so as to stay out of their way----it was a bit concerning though how easily I could have walked off with things and none of the housekeeping had seen me to know if that was my room or not. You do need a key to get into the building at all---but beyond that, I was not questioned leaving the room and bumping into housekeeping while carrying a laptop that had been on the table (at that point they' hdave no way of knowing i was going to sit in the entry). So I would suggest being particularly carfeful with valuables.

This hotel is in a prime location near shopping and restaurants. I loved the “feel” of this place. The manager was so helpful and could speak English. The rooms in the newer part of the hotel were clean, updated, very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant areas were so quaint. They serve the best cappuccino. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Pinerolo is largish town but seems to have no hotels, certainly we couldn’t find any in the centre or on the outskirts. Finally, we stumbled on Regina and fortunately they had a room. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. Being in the centre of the town, getting to the ample carpark at the back of the hotel involved driving right round the block. The room was really a suite, a decent sized bedroom, sitting/eating area, two smallish balconies and a kitchenette. It was more than we needed for a one-night stopover. The rooms were all finished to a very high standard, smart, elegant even, spotless and well equipped. The rooms are part of a new annex to the hotel so to get to them from reception involves going out and along the street. It being Sunday, the restaurant, which looked large and pleasant, was closed so we ate in one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes a couple of minutes walk away The bed was comfortable and the rooms very quiet. Breakfast was extensive but very much in the Italian tradition, lots of sweet cakes and pastries, plenty of it and all good quality but just not my breakfast preference. However there was just enough savoury stuff to give a reasonable breakfast. The hot water for the tea was just about hot, but not hot enough, this is a coffee drinking culture. Overall it was a very relaxing night. Quiet, high quality accommodation. At €90 for B&B for two it was good value considering what we got, although that was rather more than we really needed. Recommended.
