First things first. This is an outstanding hotel. To fault anything would be petty so I won't bother. Service, food, accommodation, attention to detail and all round value for money was truly excellent. Please visit this hotel, and soon. If this hotel was a man, I'd marry him in a heartbeat. However, for the unaware there are some observations that...

Booked this as a last minute Easter break, never done all inclusive so expectations not high and then read Trip Advisor and heard about guest dropping like flies with a vomitting bug...should we cancel? Well glad we didn't - our main summer holidays are cruising with 5 and 6 star cruises such as Celebrity and Silver Seas and I can...

We visited this hotel last April (2016) and loved it. We decided to have a reunion there with or friends who we met there, but were anxious that there were negative reviews on TA. I can only imagine the issue was just down to a "sickness bug", which could occur anywhere......even at home/work! When we were there last year and...

This was our second visit to the hotel and we stayed 24th to 31st March.....the infamous week of Vomitgate!.....This time we took my parents and once again the service was second to none. I wasn't really aware of any sickness bug during the week, certainly no-one dropping like flies, but I was aware of one or two individuals complaining vociferously...

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this fabulous hotel. It's location is lovely, with fabulous views of the mountains surrounding it. There is a pool area and lovely gardens to relax in with plenty of sunbeds/chairs/loungers to choose from. The food and service in the pool bar and restaurant was excellent. The waiter service in the restaurant...

This hotel is located on top of a hill with a lovely views. The staff here make the hotel special. They've attentive and friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food is delicious. A full meal in the evening and buffet style at lunch and breakfast which is varied and fresh. The room we had 248 was clean and...

Pros and cons of out-of-town and in-the-hills position : peaceful, stunning views, but 15-minute (free) shuttle bus is the only way to get to and from Sorrento unless you get taxis. Because of the steep, winding and busy roads nearby, there are only a few agreeable walks possible without getting a bus first. (Ask reception for map of good route...

Spent 10 days at this hotel in April with my partner and was sad to read the reviews of people falling ill. We had a wonderful holiday - the food & service in the restaurant was amazing, and a lovely experience every single evening. The drinks & cocktails in the bars were fantastic...and so were the staff - efficient, friendly...

This is a nice hotel with beautiful views and friendly, accommodating staff. You are welcomed at the beginning with a glass of prosecco and a canapé. Our room wasn't ready until two so we went down to the pool bar for lunch; lots of selection. The pool area itself is lovely. Our room was one of the annexe ones, was...
