Wonderful hidden gem! So glad we found this place- it was absolutely amazing! Alessandra was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable host around and just so happens to work in the travel industry. The place is so quaint and you feel like you’ve walked into a different time. The place is beautiful and all the small touches make it all the more special, like the slippers, coffee machine and toiletries. Feels so cosy and the view from the bedroom was unforgettable. On our room, only slight downside was that the bathroom was down the hall, but still completely private and a lovely and clean bathroom, but meant taking keys with you every time you needed to use it. The place was spotless and full of character. Would definitely stay here again and recommending to friends who visit the area. It’s only a 5mins walk to the Piano Di Sorrento station too and there’s a beautiful harbour area close by, to go down to for beautiful evening dinner in the most gorgeous of surroundings. Thanks Alessandra for all your help.

A small B&B in a secluded location in Piano yet only minutes by foot from the beach and restaurants.
Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms, AC provides cooling during hot days and French windows fresh air during nights. Good wifi and a small fridge in the room. Free parking in nearby streets.
Alessandra, the lovely hostess, goes the extra mile to take care of her visitors. Delicious breakfast is now served in your room.
Highly recommended!

Caluga House is located in a quiet part of Piano di Sorrento, perfect to get away from the busy towns and touristy spots along the Amalfi Coast. We stayed here for one night after touring the Amalfi Coast and enjoyed the peaceful and quiet building and beautiful garden. Alessandra, the host, is absolutely lovely and amazing and could not make one feel more welcome. Having this very personal touch and service is very rare and special!

Just returned from two days at the Kaluga, what can I say, everything was perfect, we didn't see Alessandra in person, but she was always very present and available via SMS, her collaborator Antonella was also very kind and gave us the keys upon our arrival, punctually, at 1pm, what can I say, we had a great time in the Frida room, a little gem, impeccable cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas, magnificent bathroom with the typical colored tiles, very beautiful, the bathroom supplied with a hairdryer and straightener, very very useful , all in a cotton bag with the initials of the place. Soft, clean and high quality sheets and towels, difficult to find when travelling, attention to detail, cleanliness, everything really excellent! Very comfortable bed, you rest well, the envelope was beautiful when you woke up, the slippers were much appreciated, congratulations again to Alessandra, we will definitely be back next year

The place is an hidden gem. It's difficult to imagine a cleaner and a more looked-after place.
Rooms look adorable, breakfast is delicious and the building is surrounded by a beautiful and extremely silent garden.
