Room was without a view. Only a ventilation window in the room. Cleaning was good. There are also better rooms, but not for the clients of Apollo travels. No reason to take allinclusive. This is a low budget hotel, so go with that.
The good things 1. food: salads, vegetables, feta cheese, every day different fish and meat, baked potatoes or chips, rice, pasta. But only one kind of fruit (orange or apple, no melone). However the food was delicious. 2. pool area: pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and poolbar. Pool was clean, you always found free sunbed. 3. staff: very kind. 4. place: hotel is 5 minute by walk from beach. Near the centre where you found lot of shops, tavernas, bars etc. The bad things: 1. room: Everything is very old. I was in room 310. There was not any wardrobe, just small table and dressing-table. Very small shower. After every shower, the bathroom is completely underwater. 2. cleaning: sometimes you don't know there was a cleanlady or not. Resume: It is 3-star hotel. If you looking for some place for sleepover and you don't want give much money, go there. If you want better services, more choices in food and drink, go to the 4/5-star hotel.…
Staying here, Totally Horrendous. Staff unhelpful mainly because they don't understand English used translator app still not helpful. Food horrible luke warm at best a lot of it recycled. Spaghetti bolognaise for lunch and dinner virtually every day. Chips for breakfast? Can't even get basics right Breakfast NO Toast but there is marmalade & jam??? No tea (english) only fruit tea had to buy out own, was resolved 2 days later. Dessert sliced apple every day and some sort of cake plus ice cream that's it never any fruit. Was All Inclusive only time you could get a tea or coffee was at Breakfast or between 3pm & 5pm at the pool bar which is the only bar so u cannot enjoy a drink in the peaceful foyer. Resort is amazing people so friendly and you can browser the shops with out presseure. Avoid this hotel…
We have stayed there a week in July2022 on an All inclusive board. We arrived late at night but the staff was very welcoming and gave us a very nice room which was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The receptionists (AM & PM) were always happy to help and gave us very good advice on tourist attractions. The food is wholesome and always fresh, we would have like coffee and tea throughout the day (this is our only criticism). Overall, we had a very good week.
Idk how you manage to mess up pasta but truss hotel Triton to do it. Fish fingers were grey. One side of the kebab was pink the other side was white. Bread was stale. The cheese is what I imagine vomit tastes like. The guy at the bar was bless tho.
Me and the lads stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and let me tell you it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. One staff member In particular was horrible. And sorry but the fact you have to pay for air con in such a hot country when you’ve paid for a week all inclusive is outrageous. Everyone of our rooms had problems. From a toilet that was non stop flushing the whole week to showers and lights that were broken. The only positive I can think of about this hotel is the location. But there are so many other hotels nearby and any of them will be better than this sh*thole so if you’re thinking of booking a hotel in malia don’t even bother considering Hotel Triton. Feel bad for bossman that was at the pool bar everyday because he is a really nice bloke. Highly recommend he finds a job at another hotel tbf.…
After reading the reviews on this hotel I was extremely worried about staying here. Do not listen to the bad reviews!!! The hotel was lovely, close to the strip in Malia and also extremely close to the beach/shops/restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue was that the air con was in the living room rather than the bedroom, however we just moved our beds into the other room and it was fine. Wi-Fi was free (lots of reviews said it wasn’t??) Staff were extremely friendly. Pool was lovely. All inclusive bar was only beer and wine which was a shame however the food for lunch and dinner was great with a different variety every day. For a three star hotel I was pleasantly surprised.
As usualcmy trip to malia consisted of my stay at the triton I have been returning here for years now so for my honeymoon there was only 1 option fr the second I arrived until I left the staff and hotel went above and beyond there is no other place I would stay when in malia this was a first time stay for my new wife and she can't wait to return to the triton next year in all the times.i have visited the hotel I've not had a single bad experience always come home woth 100% positivity from here

We are glad to did so because we had great holidays. Food was really tasteful every day something different cleaning was like 5star hotel stuff really amazing felt like home. Guys don't let the bad reviews to effect you really the hotel offers to much comparing what we paid.we are coming back perhaps in September. A huge tanks to Ria the manager to Gianna and Katerina that made our stay so comfortable and amazing.
