I went to this beach hotel with a couple of my friends for a 4 day trip. I would say it was well worth it. The hospitality is top notch. The breakfast and dinners are very well laid out with so much food and drinks. There are small music concerts organised in the evening. The pools and poolside are very...

This hotel is very welcoming. I travelled with my wife and 5 year old son. The hotel staff were very engaging with him, this though could not said about the animation team I the kids club, they did not engage him once and spent their time on mobiles and laptops. The hotel food was plentiful and very tasty at breakfast...

This was a real mixed bag of a hotel. Some things were excellent, others not so. And it is nowhere near the standard of a 5* hotel. Good things: * not many British here - one real positive was the absence of the football shirt wearing brigade - most guests seemed to be German or Russian. * food at breakfast...

Even though the hotel could deserve better and most of the staff do their best, the extremely rude behavior of the maitre d'hotel made our holiday here one to forget. This hotel is merely and hardly worth a four star and certainly not higher as is pretended in print. The food is wonderful and diverse. The rooms are reasonable. We...

Excellent hotel. Quiet, peaceful place, almost no Russian tourists))) Friendly staff, excellent service. At least they established a good holiday for us. A large area, 3 swimming pools and no where the promised pool without children. We got a nice delux room, big spaceous room, with small terrace and beautiful seaview. Unfortunately, that the main minus for the hotel, there is...

My wife and I spent a lovely week here recently. Here are my personal views of the place. This is a super four star hotel/village/resort. The "Village" part is there because that is what Alexander is a Village with walkways and alleys leading through pretty flower filled lawned gardens to blocks of rooms and apartments. They make the point that...

We stayed at this as part of our driving holiday around Crete. The hotel layout is very impressive, the decor in the entrance and lounge area is imaginative and quirky. The reception team was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view on arrival. Our room was an apartment consisting of 3 separate rooms;...

“Don't go for a sea view junior suite. It's not worth the money.”
  • Cockroach in our shower...
  • One small window as opposed to the patio doors shown on the website.
  • Junior suite furniture. Very old & tired. Not 5* quality as claimed.
