Sirens beach hotel is probably one of the best all inclusive hotel's we have stayed at. From late night check in to late check out the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Due to a flight delay we arrived well after midnight but the manager on duty quickly arranged our check in and also gave us a bag with a delicious baguette, fruit, and a bottle of water, although it was quite late he even arranged for us to get drinks from the bar. We had a sea view room on the 4th floor for myself, my wife, and our adult daughter, the rooms are spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view, The food was always good with plenty of choice and the restaurant is so arranged that it never felt crowded and plenty of outdoor seating. Courtney and her team made our holiday really enjoyable with poolside games and entertainment during the day and then putting a show on every evening in the outside theatre. There was never a problem getting a sunbed buy the pool or on the beach and both had a well stocked bar a pleasant staff. All in all I would highly recommend Sirens beach for a carefree and enjoyable holiday, although its rated as a 4 star I think it's worth 5 stars.

Hotel's Favorite
Absolutely great place for spending holiday with family. We was accommodated in the family room (2+2) child: 12y+8y with entrance just at the swimming pool which was excellent option finally. Ab 10.30 am the “Calimera Club:” Animation Team started their programme with variety of activities like aqua aerobic, yoga, mini golf as well as quizzes and evening shows (like f.ex Disney Show – dance and songs at the amphitheatre). They also take care of child at the kinder sector, giving parents time for rest. Great team, which make really huge effort to entertain the hotel guests. Thank you Alice, Sofia, Marion, Claire, Victoria, Noah and Elodie for your kindness and very professional job. For those who prefer silent place, there is another – “quiet” swimming pool. It’s very difficult to say any negative opinion about this hotel, so I fully recommend to spend your holidays there.

We happened to be outside the hotel today when Tina sprained her ankle on the road outside. I went inside the hotel to ask about a taxi, as she could no longer walk very well. The team at Sirens were so helpful, Neil called for a taxi and came over to help, even though we weren’t even staying at the hotel. My thanks to Neil and the team at Sirens, we will be looking to stay there next time!

It was my first trip to Crete and I stayed in the hotel for 1 week. The hotel have a huge garden area and is directly at the beach. The check-in was very friendly and fast. We booked a doubleroom with an extrabed and sea view. The extrabed was uncomfortable but at the next day we kindly asked for a mattress topper and it made it so much more comfortable. The food was very delicious and my favourite thing from the buffet was the greek corner and the greek night. One of the best parts in the hotel was the Animation. Different daily activities each day and every night they had another amazing dance show. Thank you to Alice, the team leader from the Animation team for making my stay so beautiful. Also thank you to Vicky, Marion, Elodie, Sophie and Magda for the great work and the shows they created every night. I've never been to a hotel before, where the Animation creates so many shows by themself. I enjoyed every dance show like Disney, Broadway or Abba so much. The daily activities were Morning Gym, Aqua Gym, Volleyball, Yoga and so much more. My favourite activities were the dance classes and gym clssses with Alice :). I learned so much. Also Thank you to Neil, the guest relation in the hotel, who had always an open ear for the guests and the greek lesson he made was so much fun. Maria from the reception was very nice and helped always. The whole staff in each departement was very friendly. I had a very nice time with many unforgettable experiences here. Kind regards, Celine

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time review your stay with us at Sirens Beach & Village. We are very sorry that we did not surpass your holiday expectations. Our staff are in no way miserable, they are highly motivated and have proven this as many people have also commented online of how friendly they are. We welcome every year many guests from all across Europe, although the number of people who visit our hotel from Britain are not many the ones who did, and reviewed their stay here on TripAdvisor have had a great time with us. Everyone is welcome to take part in the day time activities and the evening shows have had wonderful compliments this year, it is unfortunate that you didn’t take part. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you and your family a healthy and happy winter. Your Sirens Beach & Village Team

I want to start off by saying thank you to Neil! He was amazing from the get go as well as his wife! The animation team was amazing and very friendly and made sure to stop by and say hello and have a little chit chat. The experience itself was amazing and I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the service from the bar staff, restaurant and front desk was perfect. All our needs were catered too at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel as it has its very own private beach and two beautiful pools. The food and drinks were lovely and loads of options to pick from. Thank you very much to you all for making our anniversary an extra special time! We look forward to joining you again soon!

Dirty room, no service, no hello from personal, disgusting food, very little choices, expensive souvenirs. Outside beautiful, but Greece never more. Nice sea, but every day red flag, big waves. Beach very nice, but windy.

Dear Eva, Thank you for choosing Sirens Beach & Village for your summer destination and for the holiday “feedback”. We would like to inform you that in the hotel provides a reception and a guest relation team that are always on hand and ready to help with any issues guests may have during their stay, It is unfortunate that we didn’t hear from you earlier. As for the food and the rooms, we will inform the housekeeping and the restaurant team about your comments. Last but not least, the strong winds are weather elements that we unfortunately can’t control and red flags there for the safety of all guests. Wishing you a good day. If you’re after a stress free break with great cocktails and food, then sirens all inclusive is your go to. One of the greatest all inclusive With the most amazing staff, Neil and His wife brought normality back to a stressful Pandemic period; that said Covid measure in place throughout the resort. The hotel made our stay exceptional and by far one of the greatest experiences we’ve encountered (picture taken from the hotels private beach)

We currently stay in Sirens hotel chosen based on our preferences- nice long beach where guests are not crumbed on each others head and village within walking distance. We checked-in around midnight, shockingly we got a “dinner package”- gesture most admirable from the hotel and very appreciated. Rooms are from communism manual- small, wooden walls, with strange closet and ugly bathroom, however, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting crete- tasty food with wide variety, wifi everywhere and great service. If you spend 90% of your time outside the ugly room (although the sea view is awesome), you will enjoy nice vacation, where service staff is polite and helpful and overall atmosphere is very friendly. Beach is fairly long (20 minute walk) with nice views on the church on the island nearby, not too many sellers with “versaci” sunglasses, pools are big enough, pool bars are nicely placed. Covid rules are encouraged with hand sanitaziers evrywhere Overall recommended!
