Detailed Reviews
First, I would like to thank the very friendly staff at the bars and the restaurant. Especially Pericles and the guy who works at the pool bar (can’t remember his name). They were both very friendly and attentive! When we arrived at the hotel, we were quite confused, because we had to pay tourist tax in advance, which I have never done before. I have travelled many countries and continents. but this was a first. Our room was okay, nothing special. A bit old and run down, but it was clean. Nearly every room has a balcony and ocean view which is a plus. The buffet style food was delicious. There are many vegetarian options and even a little Greek corner with olives, feta etc. There was always something else and there were so many things to try. We went to late breakfast once, and they started clearing pretty much everything. The continental breakfast then only consisted of bread and maybe jam (if you were fast enough). Unfortunately, the drinks were REALLY BAD. Water tasted like chlorine and the sodas come out of a tap, which means there are just sirups mixed with water. Coffee was also pretty bad, such a shame because Greeks normally have awesome coffee. The cocktails at the bars tasted sweet and artificial as well. I could only find 2 which drank, because we booked all-inclusive, we had to find the ones we liked. The entertainment at the hotel was also very good. There is always something to do and the entertainment staff is great. We booked some trips through the hotel, which were okay. The lady who does the rental cars also is unfriendly, we also got hit by a sudden inflation for a rental car. One day it cost 60€ and the next day suddenly 70€. This apparently was due to a lack of cars (how is this possible when there is still so much tourism missing on the island!?) One thing that really shocked me was the unfriendly staff at the reception. First of all we were shocked that we have to pay 2,50 € per day for the safe in our room and secondly they also would have charged you 1 € for a new beach towel. (this money goes to a good cause, but when I book all-in I thought this was already calculated in) When we checked out, the reception only said: okay, goodbye! We were so SHOCKED!! How about: Thanks for your stay, hope everything was okay and you have a great time! Even the lady who picked us up to get to the airport managed to say something nice and friendly. This was a bad ending, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello “18Kat78”, Thank you for choosing Sirens Beach & Village, for visiting Greece and especially for your holiday feedback. We are glad that you have enjoyed the food, the kitchen will be very happy for your compliments. With regard to the Late Breakfast, this service is from 10 am until 11 am, it’s a Continental Buffet which is cheese, sliced meats, bread, croissants, jams etc. If you wish for items that have finished you are always welcome to request more before 11am, the restaurant must then start preparing for the lunch time buffet. Our Food & Beverage manager will look into the comment that you raised regarding the taste of the drinks, this could be due all staff disinfecting their hands during the day but we will find out and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The lady from the car rental here at Sirens Beach has an excellent reputation with many of our guests for her friendly and helpful service, although many people can speak English to a good level it is not always their first or strongest language. Prices can also change due to the special offers that are available, at this moment many “Rent-a-Car” stations are struggling to cope with the high demand for car rental. The room tax is standard in many countries but has only been in place in Greece for 4 years. As for the safe charge, this is an option but we have every confidence that our room security is very good. The charge for your beach towels is an excellent way to support a good cause for children less fortunate than ourselves and also helps the environment because guests are happy to keep their towels a few days longer instead of changing them every day. We hope you have a healthy and happy summer and you will be back on Crete again soon. Your Sirens Beach & Village Team

We highly recommend this hotel as we have stayed here for the fifth time, this time we stayed for 15 days. Everything was perfect as always. When we arrived we received a bottle of wine and a basket of fruits which was really nice of them. Our room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view into the garden. They were cleaning it every day.
Restaurants and food - There was always a wide range of food to choose from, lot of different kinds of meat, potatoes, rice and pasta, vegetable salads, etc… Everything was well prepared and tasty, in the morning I recommend to try an amazingly done omelette from Agapi, it was always delicious! And you can also choose from a variety of fresh fruits, greek yogurt, cheese and salami, pancakes, eggs etc… Even though there are always lots of people, the waiters make sure that the tables are ready as soon as possible and that the dirty dishes are gone. Special thanks to Yannis for keeping an eye on everything, we appreciate the special care he gives to the guests. During the day you can come to the pool bar to have a snack and drink and also to the beach bar where you have to try their fantastic iced capuccino fredo from MarĂa because she makes the best one plus she is always kind and smiling even though we were coming for a lots of drinks every day.
One last thing we definitely have to recommend - if you come to this hotel, make sure to book a photo session with Blendi and Angela, I swear you will be very happy with their work as they will capture your memories in a really beautiful way!
Overall we absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone and we will come next year again for sure.
Thank you, Tereza & Pitr

Sirens beach hotel is probably one of the best all inclusive hotel's we have stayed at.
From late night check in to late check out the staff were always pleasant and helpful.
Due to a flight delay we arrived well after midnight but the manager on duty quickly arranged our check in and also gave us a bag with a delicious baguette, fruit, and a bottle of water, although it was quite late he even arranged for us to get drinks from the bar.
We had a sea view room on the 4th floor for myself, my wife, and our adult daughter, the rooms are spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view,
The food was always good with plenty of choice and the restaurant is so arranged that it never felt crowded and plenty of outdoor seating.
Courtney and her team made our holiday really enjoyable with poolside games and entertainment during the day and then putting a show on every evening in the outside theatre.
There was never a problem getting a sunbed buy the pool or on the beach and both had a well stocked bar a pleasant staff.
All in all I would highly recommend Sirens beach for a carefree and enjoyable holiday, although its rated as a 4 star I think it's worth 5 stars.

Beautiful place. The structure is divided into 2 blocks, a part with hotels with international entertainment, frequented mainly by English and Germans and a part with bungalows with Bravo entertainment, with mainly Italian and French customers. Both have a restaurant with buffet, swimming pool and bar.
We stayed in the "Italian area" and had a great time! Buffet restaurant with plenty of choice, Italian cook who basically prepares pasta with various condiments.
Rooms of the right size and equipped with windowed bathroom and air conditioning.
Bar in the pool and on the terrace: they have different times, in the pool open during the day, the other in the evening essentially closes one opens the other.
Beach towels provided on site, for the change ask 1 € per piece (given as a donation).
In front of the bungalows the sea has small rocks, we brought the appropriate shoes but we never used them, however about 100 meters, practically in front of the hotel, beach and sandy sea.
BRAVO top animation, never intrusive, all super nice, my daughter had a great time at the mini club. Truly a special thank you to all of them.
A note: we had problems in the room with the presence of cockroaches, not really nice as what but unfortunately in places with that type of vegetation you can expect it; having said that, both at the intermediary Bravo and directly at the reception, they all immediately activated to try to solve the thing (pest control) - it was not possible to have another room.
Possibility to have a free support room or to keep your own after hours at a cost of 45 € - the reception communicates the availability on the morning of departure.
We really enjoyed it, I recommend it.

Good location, beautiful beach and good food. We slept best on the beach during the day. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms are very thinly soundproofed. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and in the rooms next door! At seven in the morning the beds are being moved around. And because the building is so poorly insulated, sleeping is impossible! Not exactly what you want on holiday! Relaxation is different!
Another special thing is that if you want to change the beach towels once a week, you pay extra! And you have to pay extra to use the safe!

The hotel has a good location and a large beautiful sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas included.
Really nice gardens with 3 pools, sun beds and umbrellas on well maintained green grass.
The food was always delicious, enough and diversified.
It would be worth 5 stars with a better coffee and higher quality juices.

The property is well maintained, clean and cute room. The restaurant offers a lot of choice but lacks a bit of quality on some things and the service is not the best (every time having the waiters who are in a hurry to clear up makes you anxious). The beach is convenient because it is close to the bar, pool and restaurant; only thing I would improve the cleanliness because there was often seaweed that no one has ever removed. The access to the sea has a bit of rocks so it is not the best, but just move a few meters and the sea is beautiful. Excellent animation, cute guys and never too insistent! The only really negative thing, which greatly lowers my judgment, is the policy of assigning rooms with late check out: we had the flight in the evening so we requested the room until 6 pm so we could take advantage of the day and then take a shower (service that still costs 70 €, not cheap!!!). They collect the various requests but tell you if they can leave your room only the same morning. I asked several times if they could tell me earlier, since I have a 6-month-old baby and I wanted to organize, but they told me that they can only know the same day (as if they did not know in advance how many guests arrive each week). Then of course they do not give priority to those who have children: in short, an absurd policy!
An appreciation instead to the controller Andrea who has always looked for a solution for us.

This was are 4th time staying at Sirens beach hotel and as always a perfect holiday destination. my wife myself and our grown up Daughter had a beautiful family room on the 4th floor with lovely views of the sea. The food was very good and plenty of choice, we were on a all inclusive deal and even the cocktails were included. The bar staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Cortney and her team put on a show every night that was really good.
although the hotel was fully booked we never had a problem finding a sunbed by the pool or on the beach.
At mealtimes there was always a table available and the staff were friendly and did everything too make our stay enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Sirens beach to anyone who wants an enjoyable and carefree holiday

We have spent our holiday in this hotel for the 13th time. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, practically every wish is fulfilled. The food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste on the buffet. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the jam this year, it tasted a bit artificial. There was also no pure butter to be found. This has been better in previous years. The complex with its greenery and shady palm trees invites you to linger. The loungers and parasols on the sandy beach are generously placed and leave room for the neighbors. The small shop rented out offers everything your heart desires. It has been run by the humorous and friendly owner for years. A real asset.

Dear Debora,
At the end of May, the weather is normally very warm (you may need a jumper in the evening), the sea water is also starting to warm up, it's cool but not cold.
Best wishes,
