My boyfriend and I stayed here in September and had a great stay. The measures put in place for covid were really sensible and made us feel very safe. The staff were all lovely and always happy to help, and they were often wanting to know how our stay was going which was really nice, as well as the food being good at the hotel too. The only downside was having to pay €7 a night for air con, however it was worth it by the end of the holiday as we had a lovely time in this hotel. We would definitely recommend to couples and families.

stayed at this accomodation sept 2020 was a rigmarole checking in due to the covid which kaula the owner takes very seriously and well done to her. we chose these apartments due to covid because they were away from the strip and very quiet they are up a slight hill easy to walk down 10 minute walk to the strip and malia old town which is a must kaula couldnt have been more helpful bent over backwards to help us with everything and couldnt have gone anywhere better for covid standards TOP NOTCH keep up the good work

My friends and I were moved here after our original hotel cancelled due to Covid. Hotel itself is very pretty but a walk up a steep 15 minute hill away from the town centre. We hired quad bikes to avoid the long walk to the strip and were greeted with rude service from the workers for coming back later than regular guests. We did our best to be quiet but the staff weren’t accommodating to the situation and were quite rude to 4 young girls and as a result made us overpay for services such as breakfast saying we hadn’t payed when we had. As a result we felt we had to leave the hotel and hardly spent any time there in the day or around the pool and just came back to shower and sleep. Would not stay here again

Hi We have had the best time staying here. It was a last minute booking and we enjoyed the deluxe sea view villa. It was better than I could have imagined. The Greeks took a grip of Covid by kicking down early and then make hospitality staff retrain in Covid safe service. All staff wear masks, are constantly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and have been unbelievably lovely hosts. The pool is great size and the beauty of a mountain on one side with the sea view allows a cool breeze to wash over you as you swim or chill by the pool. I cannot recommend mate monte eniugh for families and couples. Excellent taxi service means visits to town are easy enough but recommend car hire if looking to go further exploring the island. Supermarket is a 20 min walk away as is the main shops and bar areas. Lovely mix of guests has made this our favourite family holiday to date. If you are looking for a Covid safe holiday that is chilled, fun and somewhere that serves good food, great accommodation and welcoming staff then this is the place for you. Thanks to all
