Stayed here with a group of 5 and it has been one of the best weeks of our lives. The pool area is perfect. Rooms are spot on for a lads holiday. The bar is fairly priced with a good selection of drinks. Cheap, massive food menu with really good meals - would recommend the Greek mixed grill and tower burger. Staff are all great - the owners were really nice to us. Big shout out to Stefanos who was a top lad all week. We will be back next year 100%❤️
This hotel is a 3 star but my god it as a 10 star customer rating. Yiannis and Manos plus there friendly staff are fantastic, anything you needed they sorted . The food was absolutely Beautiful I would recommend going half-board all the way loads of choice all fresh and yummy ( I put a stone on nearly 🤦♀️). Rooms are very basic but all you need is there. Cleaned daily 😌. Our room was perfect with the pool in view it was great for people watching 👀 ☺️ Lots of younger groups there partying up the stripe but that never bothered us . We hired a quad bike through Yiannis which was easy to do .. To all you young folks a WARNING don't go up the stripe and just hire you get ripped off go through Yiannis . The beach and everything you need is with in 10 to 15 mins walk ... I would 💯 recommend this hotel for all age groups .. im already looking to go back next year xx…
Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff are so attentive and caring and treat everyone like royalty. Every item on the menu is cooked the highest standards. Every area of the hotel is kept spotless. I cannot recommend this hotel to enough, incredible experience and I’ll certainly be back
I spent two weeks in this Hotel and I found it to be a Good Standard, everything you need in the room for Self catering and I eventually found the Serial Bowl that Elaina had hidden lol, no being Serious I really Like this place, a good standard a good base to work from, the room was spacious, I would have liked maybe a kind of armchair to sit on for night time before bed when checking your phone ,E-mails, ect. and the shower curtain wanted to go somewhere it should not as you bend down to wash your legs and feet, apart from that i think this is a Gem of a place, The swimming pool was Ideal for me as I like to swim up and down the pool and do laps to keep fit the pool was a good size for that and I enjoyed being there by the pool and in the pool. The Food was good and plenty to choose from the menu. The Yiannis Manos is in a Good location not far from a beach a 5 min walk, and a 10 min walk for most to the Malia strip. I could see this was a Family run Hotel and I think they run it well on the amount of staff they have, they keep it Clean and fresh and i really like this family and the Lady Elaina who assists Yiannis to actually run the Place they do work hard and long hours and it is NO Surprise that this Month they are Fully Booked, I have a another weeks annual leave this week and would have returned for another week this week but it is booked up, I wish Yiannis and Manos and the Family every success and Look Forward to returning as soon as I Can in the Not too Distant Future. This is an Ideal place for a Sol or a family Holiday and I Really Recommend it, You will not be Disappointed, The staff are nice and Friendly and Helpful. I met some other Solo Travelers and we got together and had some fun on the pool table and up on the Malia Stirp, I had a nice meal in the Red Lion a nice Salmon and Honey dish it was quite pleasant, I also went to Stalis and Discovered the Irish House Pub where we sang and danced the night away, with a Guy from Govan singing, and a few games of Pool, and i am looking forward to returning there as well. i am Looking forward to returning and Hope to meet up with Robbie from Liverpool and Alan from Yorkshire, and Cathrin from Derry in Ireland I also met two Nice Girls from Norwich Lucy and Rio who said they Liked My Scottish accent. I have a lot of respect for Elaina who I think is very professional and really Knows how to run this place. God Bless guys Hope to see you soon. Alex from Glasgow who Yiannis called Scottish.…
Visited just before the start of the season (1st week of June) for a ‘lads holiday’. The hotel was good for the purpose of our visit, the rooms were large with extremely basic cooking facility’s (portable hot plate, fridge, a few pots pans utensils) and 3 single beds well spaced in the room. The bathroom was okay but wasn’t ideal, she shower curtain acted more of a drain plug than it’s intended purpose, which would leave the bathroom flooded after each use. The hotel had a small bar in which food and drinks could be purchased - rather pricey in comparison to local shops and restaurants. There were 2 large pools (3m almost in the deep end!) with plenty of sun-beds and parasols. The location was perfect, it was a 10 minute walk to the strip on a single road, yet just far enough to be peaceful for those light days. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach where the water-sports are located with hireable sun-beds, or a peaceful smaller cove beach 10 minutes in the other direction. The hotel had a night-watch whom would not let people back to your room who weren’t staying at the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us as such, but might cause some issues on some peoples girls/lads holidays - if you’re that way inclined. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit as the Greek people are! Would definitely recommend for families and friend groups.…
A lovely friendly family orientated apartment complex also great for young people, large groups of friends as nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous staff who take the time to get to know you and make you feel like you've known them for ages. Great value drinks and food, which are all presented beautifully, love the strawberry dacquiri's 🍓. Beautiful pools and lots of comfortable sunbeds. The apartments have been upgraded to a high standard and are quite roomy even with 4 of us staying in a 1 bedroom apartment, ours had a massive balcony which was a bonus plenty of hot water in shower, bathroom though a little bit on small side, but hey can't everything especially for what we paid, extremely great value for money and apartment was very clean, no problem getting fresh towels or toilet rolls either. Would we stop again definitely and hopefully very soon in near future. We loved Yannis Manos and can't recommend it highly enough, till the next time guys, yamas …
came here early may in a gang of 8 of us, we hope to be back next may if not before. staff where great in every way, decent breakfast in a morning and a menu through out the day. rooms where kept exceptionally clean and beds changed i think twice in the week we stayed. in a very quiet location that is a short 10 minute walk into town where we had our evening meals, every meal we had was exceptionally nice as where all the greek people. highly recommend yiannis manos in every way.
Yiannis Manos Hotel Resort does everything possible to make your stay a very pleasant one. Very clean hotel, nice people and great food. This was easily one of the best holidays I have ever had and they helped make that possible.
I was in Malia 2 times and this was 3rd year. We came to party like every year before, but since 2021 everything changed due to covid. booked this hotel for the reviews that stated it was a party hotel, unfortunately that is not a case. if you are looking for crazy crowded hotel it wasn't it. we were there end of august for a week, 3 of us. hotel itself its very nice and spacious, rooms clean restaurant amazing food and drinks too. 2 big pools, nice palms. so overall nice hotel for malia however wasn't a party hotel. also it is 10 mins walking distance to main strip.
What a place. Yiannis and manos so welcoming. Clean rooms and good food and service. Beautiful pools and grounds. Lovely family fun hotel with reasonable food and drinks. They can’t do enough for you. All staff so welcoming. Can’t wait to go back
