We really enjoyed our stay at Sous l'Olivier. Comfortable rooms (I love a bath), beautiful terraces and a pool, heated even when the temperature is cool. The best thing about the stay was Julien's meals, all freshly cooked, local produce, with local wines, excellent and varied breakfasts. All guests ate together and we had a good time meeting guests of...

We stayed here for 3 nights late September and wished we stayed for longer! Great location, close to Avignon and the Luberon. Julien and Carole were great hosts and very welcoming. We stayed for the evening meal on 2 nights and the food and convivial atmosphere was great. Dining altogether meant we got to share ideas to places to go...

We stayed at Sous L'olivier for two nights in April...coming from Lyon and later moving on to an apartment in Apt. We loved our room...it was spacious and comfortable overlooking the fields and hills. We found this B&B from a food blog, Wild Greens and Sardines. We were so centrally located to visit the towns of Provence/Luberon. We had really...

We spent 4 nights earlier this month in Sous Lolivier Very nice farm building, well cleaned, ran by a very nice & friendly couple we felt that rooms were WAY overpriced 1. An authentic old stone house renovated with taste. Very well located allowing to visit cute villages or major cities every day. Carole and Julien will make you feel like home and will ensure that you get a chance to try local products at dinner. Julien's cooking is very tasty and typical of South of France. Last but not least, do...

We picked Sous L'Oliver for a short break and were really impressed. Julien and Carole were perfect hosts and their Provence house really is beautiful. The house is situated near to the town of L'Isle Sur La Sorgue which is listed as one of the prettiest in Provence, a real gem. The bedroom was very Provençal and was certainly very...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days on an extended driving tour through northern Italy and southern France after picking up our BMW in Munich. We stayed a numerous top rated hotels in beautiful locations and this was our favorite, despite being the least expensive. The 250 year old home is wonderful. The courtyard was the perfect place...

We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for one week in August. Having never been to the area before and not knowing what to expect, we were so happy to have found what we hope will be a new home base for future visits. Our room, The Figue, was spacious and lovely with a huge bathroom with a tub AND shower....

This was our fourth visit to `Sous l`olivier` and we will definitely be returning!! My husband and I love the relaxed feel to the place. Julien and Carole are very relaxed, accommodating hosts and you are immediately made to feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious and evening meal, served in a beautiful courtyard, is exquisite. Julien cooks brilliantly and at 32...

Our room was above the dining area and we could not go to sleep until the evening dinner finished (normally beyond midnight). We never joined the dinners as the children had to eat separate and earlier whilst the adults all ate together until very late.
