My husband and I stayed in one of these apartments at the end of September and we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and presentation of the property. We found animal hairs on the sofa; faded cheap bed linen ( duvet cover doubling as a sheet), bathrooms that wouldn't be out of place in a student hostel; kitchen without basic...

Hello Denise, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback. We are really sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We are taking all your feedback on board and have already done a full review with the cleaners. And we totally take responsibility for the garden, the gardener had some issues at the end of the...

We stayed here for two weeks. The building is split into 4 houses, each with its own design. The two upper floor bedrooms are spacious and in the shabby chic style. Bathrooms are fins with plenty of hot running water and good showers. The metal spiral staircase would not suit the very young, or people with any sort of walking...

The Couvent des Ursulines is great -- IF you have the right expectations. Just go in with your eyes open. These are VERY large units, 2 full baths, 1 half bath. The two main bedrooms on the second floor are LOVELY, with a great shabby-chic sensibility. Comfortable beds, LOTS of HUGE windows, even a large storage closet on the same...

We have just returned from a week at the Couvent. The accommodation was perfect for us, comfortable beds, good indoor space, great showers, good wifi, quiet location but only 3 minutes walk to the medieval centre of this beautiful town. We really lovely the outside space - you have your own private patio but the whole garden is really big...

My family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 5) stayed for 5 nights in August. The accommodation is very spacious. Large rooms with high ceilings, and a bathroom for each room. The spiral staircase wouldn't suit people with younger children however. The kitchen was functional with plenty of crockery and the dishwasher was an unexpected treat. We were disappointed...

We stayed at the couvent for two weeks in the marguerite apartment, and had a wonderful holiday. However, there were a few let downs with the overall standards within the accommodation. The beds were rather worn, especially the twin beds and the kitchen was very dark with a cold tap that was very difficult to turn off. The master bathroom...

Great accommodation, everything you need, very clean and spacious, the showers were fab!! We were able to BBQ a couple of nights and used the pool every day. it's ideal for couples and families,...

When you open the gate at Le Couvent, you are admitted into the gorgeous 'secret garden' that occupies a large space front of the restored convent building. Each apartment has a private patio, and the large garden also has additional seating clusters, BBQs, a lovely pool, a games area, hammock and more. The apartments are large and very well-equipped. Two...

What a happy family time we had...spent the most idyllic 10 days at the Couvent with all 16 members of my extended family in June. Ages ranged from 4 months to 65yrs old..everyone was blissed out!! We occupied all 4 of the bright and airy apartments...well equipped and spacious. The caretakers were so sweet and accommodating but kept to themselves....

We had a great time in Pezenas and loved staying at the Couvent. It is a really enchanting place with its own swimming pool and huge apartments with loads of space to spread out and relax. I would highly recommend to anyone with children as well as there is a lovely central courtyard which is completely secluded. Hammocks, old trees...
