Let's start from the welcome. Stelio let us sit in the car inside the courtyard to unload our luggage, but first he offered us some fresh juice and coffee. Afterwards he made us leave the car in the private car park behind the hotel, but there is also another even bigger one a few meters away, however we never had any parking problems. Mirta, on the other hand, the wife, welcomed us every morning with a rich breakfast, freshly prepared and above all attentive to our tastes and preferences, obviously after having started to get to know you. Both are really kind and helpful, they welcome you like family, as if they were uncles, as if they have always known you, furthermore Mirta has always insisted on preparing sandwiches for lunch with the breakfast items and taking everything with us. who was advancing, really very cordial. Excellent location, 10 minutes by car from the center and 15 minutes maximum from all the beaches, a very strategic point and away from the chaos of the centre. As for the accommodation, externally beautiful villa, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, renovated, welcoming garden and jacuzzi that you can use whenever you want independently. There are rooms and apartments, we were in an apartment on the first floor. Really spacious, everything kept very well, every corner of the house is looked after, very beautiful and bright rooms. We also found on the table a bottle of wine produced directly by Stelio, before leaving they gave us a bottle of honey grappa, also made by them. Truly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The only flaw is the wifi is a little slow.

Everything is even nicer than shown on the website, lovely spacious garden with a jacuzzi available to all guests, pleasant clean rooms with all amenities, excellent and very rich breakfast and extremely pleasant and helpful hosts. Quiet, pleasant setting within a short drive from a number of attractive Istrian places. We really enjoyed our stay at the place and hope to return there again.

We had a lovely relaxing week in Stelios Apartments. Although our host spoke no English her Italian was excellent and she couldn't do enough to make us welcome, providing a free breakfast on our first day (we could have had a breakfast every day if we had asked) and giving us bottles of very good home made wine and a grappa type drink (rocket fuel!). Although the apartment didn't have a pool and was fairly simple, it had everything we needed, was comfortable, good value and very convenient for getting about. We were really impressed by how clean and green everything was in Croatia. People really take a pride in the environment and there was no litter on the beaches or in the sea. Croatians are extremely welcoming and friendly. We would certainly go back. Tip. The beaches are all rock so either take a padded beach mat or, we bought a couple of cheap kid's lilos from the supermarket and used them to make it more comfortable. The water is lovely and warm and clear and the many bays are safe for floating about on your lilo. Enjoy!

I think that’s it!! Every Tripadvisor member knows very well that’s the important thing, to be back!! It means more than a sentence and more than any review.
I’m still here, in Istria, spending my last day, surfing with wireless….enjoying Mirta’s breakfast, skipping lunch to enjoy Stelio’s barbecue and then relaxing in the silence…with all the comforts (Sat TV, internet, AC, Parking, private kitchen and full bathroom,….)
…wait wait….Mirta and Stelio, are back…. They’re coming for dinner….they’ll start taking care again of their guest…. And now, what are they going to prepare for us?! Grilled fish or meat?! Italian pasta or Italian frittata? Which kind of fresh vegetables? And what about the cake, grappa…..
Everything is fresh; everything is homemade, from oil, to grappa (honey and ruta) and wines, from vegetables, to cakes, eggs, cheese,…
If you planned to visit Croatia, you cannot miss to spend your best days at Stelio’s where you can really taste Croatia and where you can really enjoy and relax.

we have been at mirta and stelio for 3 times now - and you feel warmly welcome every time. the breakfast is fine and enough to make even lunch packages while going out on a tour or to the beach. the dinner is always fresh and homemade - aswell as products from the own garden are used - and fish or meat is always barbecued by stelio on fire - just delicious !
the beaches around are most likey used by locals and the water is warm and clean :D
HIGHLY recommended and we will go there again in the next summer
