Detailed Reviews
This hotel is simply amazing ! Staff so polite, professional and helpful. During this pandemic when cleanliness is a must I couldn’t fault them, always see the staff members cleaning and sanitising! Room was amazing all clean and with the best view. Beds are very comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be booking to stay here again, in fact I already have! A big thank you to everyone at Villa Sintica for a wonderful stay in your hotel!

We went for dinner. Shato was closed and we could buy just the wines on the receptions - 2 types white and 3 types red. The receptionist could not explain anything about the wines.
Water in the pool was freesing, definately not mineral water.
Dinner was tasty , just fine.
Good big garden and kids playground was enough for our kid to play.

We have literally travelled half of the world and we do recognize class service, haute cuisine and great quality when we see it.
ent for a long weekend with my wife to relax, visit friends and enjoy nature and good cuisine. The owners and the staff team at Villa sintica are personable, receive you themselves and show you what good welcoming etiquette and service is.
The rooms have great views and are of great quality, quiet and clean, well equipped and with superb decor. The beds are huge (something important for me) after driving long hours and wishing full relax and comfort (it reminds me the famous beds from Marriott hotels) so famous for being extremely cosy and addicting.
We visit on the first night the restaurant Sinti and we were received with warmth and served excellent cusine by their young talented chef. Food as we understood that is made with raw materials gathered from their own gardenas and farm, therefore they do have a farm to table philosophy. Great food indeed, made with passion and knowledge.
We highly recommend travelers, foddies and any other person that wants to treat themselves with respect to stop and stay at this great Boutique hotel whilst in Bulgaria and the Sandanski region.

This hotel is the jewel in Sandanski. It is very new, very well maintained, exceptionally clean and built with love and proffecional altitude. We stayed just one night but we felt in love with the property, the serenity and tranquility there. The location is not in the city centre but you will feel you are in Paradise. The garden of the hotel is huge , the swimming pool is amazing, big in nice oval shape, and the garden is full of trees and flowers. The terrace of our room was big snd sunny, you can relax with a glass of wine there and the wine of their winery is must have. But thr jewel of the hotel is the restaurant and its chef Lazarov. He treated us like kings with delicious dishes prapered to perfect , beautiful plates and tasty food. The concept of the restaurant is fine dining and the chef can do it. So don't miss to have dinner at this restaurant. The breakfast was a la carte with a lot of choices of home made dishes.so I recommend Villa Sintica snd soon we will be back for another great experience 😀

Lovely place! Splendid food and wine! The rooms are clean and very cozy! Also, there are houses right next to the main building and they are TOP of the top! The SPA center is very, very good! The inner pool is with warm water. The floor is not slippery at all and the sauna has a window so parents can watch out for their children. I recommend it!

We were there with friends for a few days and everything was perfect! The rooms were big, clean and very fancy! In the restaurant we have eaten one of the best food ever! The breakfast is also very delicious. The spa I small but also clean and nice. There is a fitness and a winery! And the stuff is always there for you to help you if you need something! We will visit it definitely again :)

Beautiful rooms and great service
But the restaurant is the gem here. The menu last week had calves brains and I was disappointed to see they were no longer an option. There were still veal tongue and also cheeks so I opted for the tongue. Succulent and delicious with a hair fine onion fry as a garnish. The wines were exceptional. Overall I was extremely satisfied upon leaving

We came to spend the weekend with our small kid in Sandanski, to celebrate a special family occasion. We have been several times to Sandanski and truly appreciate its warm climate and huge park. Well, spending a night at Villa Sintica only made our short stay truly pleasant and relaxing, being upgraded to a bigger room, having a baby cot and - a bottle of very delicious red wine to celebrate! Wow! I saw the hotel also offers baby bottles, baby chairs and many many other amenities which even 5 star hotels do not offer. The decor and atmosphere of the hotel are super nice, the garden with external pool was also appreciated by our little one (did not use the pool since it was November, but we surely come back in summer!), we saw herbs grown in the garden for the restaurant, there was a playyard..well, it's a huge and well-maintained estate around the hotel. I was initially worried that it was close to the road, but it's now a secondary road and we had not been disturbed by it at all. There were plenty of parking spots in front so we drove the 2km to Sandanski and there you can also park without problems.
The hotel has a spa area with a super nice jacuzzi which we very much enjoyed, as well as the sauna. And the morning we had an amazing delicious breakfast with one of the biggest variety of home-made bulgarian dishes I have seen. Well, I can only say kudos to this hotel and - I will be very happy to come back again and bring others with us!
