After staying in a beautiful Ibis hotel in Koh Samui, we have stopped over here in this S___hole for 1 night. I will list the issues below. Hotel Stinks Room filthy Discarded used cotton bud left on floor in room Curtains hanging off, and will not close Window filthy TV remote not work Fridge iced up, never been defrosted Air con not working Room mirror filthy General room decor 1/100 Shower hanging off wall, and electric cable exposed Shower area filthy Soap dispenser empty and broken Towels and bed linen stained and yellow from old age Telephone in room not work This hotel is not even worthy of 1 star

It's a large hotel, but quite disappointed me with... - no staff in massage service - bad breakfast buffet - big bugs in room - not ready amenity & accomdation The hotel is quite big and antique, so it's good if it gets upgrading to be livable and lovely.

This is a big and old hotel but seems they don't pay attention to maintain it. We got 5 rooms on 15th floor. The air conditionor in Room.1503 is not working, that's very terrible. Moreover, I extended to Massage Number, but nobody picked up my call even that was just 6 pm. (I don't think they should close the massage service at that time). Anyway, a male receptionist (in photo) we met was smiley and so nice.

As I wrote on the title, when you turn your car to Chumphon town, you would see a very tall hotel with huge parking lot. This is an advantage point for the hotel. When I checked-in they gave me a renovated room but the bathroom seems to be not renovated yet, the wallpaper is crack. The room is good and nice view. The price per night is about 500-600 with okay breakfast (I cannot remember, but cheap). I hope now they will improve the problem I faced because their hotel is huge and noticeable.

Hotel appalling, with parking worthy of Las Vegas, the lobby looks like a hospital, the staff does not wear a uniform, the rooms are expensive and very dirty, we price the largest suite is completely empty of furniture and very very dirty.
