After missing our bus from Chumphon to Khao Sok we decided to stay the night there. There aren't really many great hotels in Chumphon but the travel agency gave us the address for Nanaburi and we checked it out. It was only built a couple if years ago and is an excellent place to stay whilst waiting for the boat...

I have been nicely surprised by this new beautiful Hotel which accommodates guests at a walk-in price of only 700 Baht/night. The service is very firnedly and staff mostly enjoyable. Regretful that everthing is in Thai ONLY... Jack

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Nanaburi Hotel in Chumphon in Nov, 08. The hotel is new and immaculately clean. Great location to explore the town. Staff was outstanding- very helpful & friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Furnishings all new. Bathrooms are very spacious. Chumphon is usually a stop over before taking ferries to Ko Tao. (town...
