We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Varich. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They looked after us really well and accommodated our needs generously. The villa itself was amazing to stay at. The location was quiet and full of nature. There is a common area for dining and coffee. There is also a river behind the villas where you can enjoy kayaking, which is included in the price of the stay. You can borrow bikes to roam through the local areas, which is also included in the price. There are a few complimentary snacks when checking-in and they can be topped up whenever you need. The villa was cleaned by the staff really well on every day that we needed it. Overall this is a lovely getaway in a rural area where you will be alone with nature. We will definitely be visiting again soon.…
I had a great stay at Villa Varich. The hosts are really nice people and very helpful. The place is in a nice natural environment. I stayed in one of the bungalows and it was comfortable and had everything that I needed. Comfortable bed, hot shower and amenities. Thank you to the Villa Varich team.
The cottages are located in a "suburban" area of Chumphon, surrounded by forest or palm plantations, interspersed with canals and a river. You wake up to birdcall and then take a morning walk among trees, where occasionally you'll see chickens running in the vegetation. Furthermore, the room was very comfortable and staff helpful. I was on my motorcycle, so the distance from the city didn't affect me much. However, if you don't have your own vehicle, it might be harder for you to reach restaurants or other venues.
Our family LOVED this place. They roast their friends organic coffee and this is supplied free of charge in the rooms. The breakfast Cafe was closed when we were there but they supply a instant rice breakfast for those in need. Great breakfast options are closeby. The gardens are gorgeous.
Villa Varich is a very nice place and staff is wonderful, really sincere and welcoming. Complimentary coffee for morning was a great touch. I would only recommend paying a bit extra and getting yourself a private bungalow. As our stay was just a short one night stopover, we took the standard room (700THB) instead of private bungalow (950THB). That cost us a sleepless night, as standard rooms have walls probably made of paper and you can literally hear every move your neighbors make even 2 rooms away from you. Other than that the standard room was spacious and with nice interior, a/c and hot water shower was working with no issue, please note that this room goes with a small back yard, but no view. I’d only suggest opting for a higher category room to ensure a good sleep.
Wonderful hotel, in a beautiful setting ! The staff is very nice and helpful , the surrounding nature is incredible... this is an amazing beautiful hotel with a guesthouse price range. They make their own coffee, and I couldn’t t go back home without buying some.
Propably the frendliest service we have had in our trips to asia. Amazing couple running this business that helped and explained to us everything we needed to know. Super clean and scenic place. Would give 6/5, greetings from Finland Miikka&Ella
Everything its so beautiful!!! So quiet , so calm , so relaxing , so close , so clean so everything. I love to have a free bike and canoing , breackfast so good and reffel our water bottles When we need.the best place to be!!!
The sun is rising, it's time to jump out of our good bed and to enjoy the flights of the birds along the river. What are we going to do today? Taking a course with Khom to learn everything about coffee, exploring the peaceful surroundings with the hotel's bicycles, discovering the wild mangrove by boat with Bo
Lovely oasis of calm amongst the coconut plantation - Until 5am as there are lots of cockerels in the area and around the Villa which started crowing. The resort is Close to Chumphon but far enough away to be relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and drinking water during the day. Also free us of bicycles and canoes. Breakfast was rather limited, toast, boiled eggs and sticky rice. No juice but fresh ground coffee. Shame there isn't a pool to cool down in.
