As soon as I arrived at Plaza Maria Luisa Suites, I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. My check-in was quick and the private room with private bath that I stayed in was clean & comfortable. Wifi also worked well in the room. The front desk was helpful in giving me information about how to get around to the nearby...

Pros: Location - near Boulevard Clean Cons: This is an old hotel so the ambience is a bit creepy Aircon in the room is noisy We just had a short stay in this hotel because we're already headed home early the next day.

We stayed with a wedding party in December 2016. The family room 401 is very spacious with cabinets, TV, mini fridge, comfortable beds, large toilet and street parking in front of the hotel. Room with self service breakfast will cost you only a fraction of what you pay for a medium size hotel room in Manila or in Bacolod. Very friendly staff...

"Maria Luisa" is situated in the heart of the city, overlooking the park, the cathedral, and from some rooms, even the sea. The rooms are clean, the staff is very service-minded, everything is professional (and that is NOT to be taken for granted in this country... !) and you feel both safe and taken care of! I strongly recomend this...

After struggling to find a place to stay in the city during a weekend travel this was the last option we had to stay and I'm glad we did. Place we stayed was small but cozy, with air condition and a hot&cold shower which was nice. The telephone in our room didn't work and their elevator as well is sometimes...

Hi. We happened to celebrate our couple-friends' pre-wedding nuptial photo shooting in this hotel. It was quite such a wonderful experience. The room is cozy, comfortable and homely. The staff was friendly and very much accomodating. The food was deliciously satisfying and serving was prompt. The place is near downtown and is very accessible to all. Why not try to...

Fantastic location but disappointed with our room considering the cost. Although clean and spacious it was dim and had no window. Terribly thin walls which made for a noisy night with disrupted sleep. Overall the hotel is very dated and should lower their rates to reflect how budget it is. In addition service could be improved. Had to wake the...

The rooms are clean, everything is provided. Air con. The staff are very friendly with casually fine service. Breakfast is included and looked just ok but we opted to eat out. The hotel is near the port on a major city plaza. That's awesome for convenience and people watching. It sucks for noise tho, so be ok with that before...

We stayed overnight. the room was ok. HOWEVER.. the switch for the light, ceiling fan AND the Aircon was in a series connection!!! so you sleep while the light is ON? also, beside our room was a function hall and the wall was thin so everything happening on the function hall was heard. imagine the sound of the music plus...
